Hello,

We have a high volume of work tasks that are at Work Done status and have Work Task Transactions with a Transferred status. This is due to custom validation preventing the work tasks being set to Finished in an automatic routine. 

Finance have checked and confirmed they are happy all reconciles from a GL point of view. 

The IFS Help text for the status field states:

Once the work task transactions are transferred to finance, the status gets changed to Transferred until it is marked as finally posted.

So the question, is it correct that the work task transactions have the Transferred status? It says “until it is marked as finally posted”, which suggests the status should be a different value?

Please can someone advise if we are missing a step in our process or whether the work tasks are good to be Finished.
