Prevent Part Revision Change in Register Arrivals

I need to prevent a purchase part on a purchase order from having the revision number changed in register arrivals. We have tested enforcing change orders, but this does not prevent someone in the Register Arrivals stage from changing a part numbers revision. The client requires that a change order must accompany “any” change after a purchase order is released.Outside of an event or several events, is there a way to force any change on a purchase order to go through a change order?

Error closing final year end - balance in accounting & parallel currency must be zero

We have 3 companies in foreign currency that we cannot transfer year end balance. We get the error message that the balance in accounting currency and parallel currency for assets and liabilities must be equal to zero for 2023 before final year closing can be performed. When I look at the GL balance analysis for 2023 for the balance sheet accounts, in USD they are rounded to 4 decimals and in previous years they were all 2 decimals. Then when I look at 2024 period 0 there is a penny difference. As we cannot do a voucher under a penny, how do we fix this?

Shop Order Operation Scheduling

I have two operations called Assembly and Packaging.The packaging operation cannot start before the assembly operation is completed. So they are not parallel, I marked the Parallel Operation column as Not Parallel.The MACH_RUN_TIME value for both operation is one hour.Shop order quantity is 15, so it makes the scheduling that 15 qty of assembly should be completed to start Packaging.However, it is enough to complete 1 qty assembly for packaging.In this case the dates are as follows: Assembly start date : 23.11.2024 10:00:00 Finish Date 25.11.2024 09:00:00 it is ok. Packaging start date : 25.11.2024 09:00:00 Finish Date 25.11.2024 09:00:00 it is not ok for start date. I want to start the packaging start date from the date after 1 assembly is completed.So Packaging start date should be 23.11.2024 11:00:00 Is there a way to achieve this? Notes: 1- I do not approve of the suggestion of creating a separate shop order for each product, because I will have to create too many shop o

Hi,Once a purchase order is authorized completely, is it possible to release it automatically by IFS itself? I know we can set up an event to achieve this, but does IFS have a standard configuration for this?Thanks.

Assistance Needed with FSM Mobility App Sending Incorrect Time for Location_as_of Field (GPS Fix)

Issue Description:The customer has encountered an issue where the FSM Mobility app/Windows mobile sends the local time instead of UTC to the server for the location_as_of field (related to GPS fix). This issue is causing problems, particularly when the GPS fix is sent with the wrong time, as it prevents users from receiving task allocations for the rest of the day.Example: A technician in Western Australia (UTC +8) sent a location_as_of value of 12:50:00, but the correct UTC time should have been 04:50:00. Due to this mismatch, PSO interprets the technician as unavailable for further task assignments.In some records in the above screenshot, you may notice that the value of location_as_of (the first column without a column name) has a significant time difference of over 8 hours compared to created_dttm and modified_dttm. Revoke the authorization at count result per count report

Hi, Is there any way to revoke the approved count report performed at count result per count report screen.For example, user has approved certain counted part lines by mistakenly at count result per count report screen and now wants to revoke them back to original status at count result per count report screen itself.So, if there is any workaround or way for this, kindly suggest. Navigation link in Apps10 Aurena client not working as expected

For some background, this is happening in Apps 10, Update 12. We have a custom page called Supplier Security: Users need to be able to access this page from the Supplier screen. To do this, I’ve set up a command group here: And this is how I set it up: I hope this is a set up error on my end, but here’s an example of my issue. Issue with WaDaCo planty of sessions

Hi.From few days we straggle with issue on WaDaCo. There is generating unnormal amount of sessions with packages Scan_It_SVC.Do_Generate_MenuScan_It_SVC.Do_Generate_Menu_Site_VirtualScan_It_SVC.Do_Generate_Back_Button_Menu and connections to MWS server getting blokcet with error 500. Any idea what can case such issue? We are running IFS Apps 10, UPD 16. Best regards

IFS Report Designer 200.3.0001 not previewing modified RDL

Added custom field shows as unresolved reference. The downloaded report XML shows custom filed with correct data. Uploaded / downloaded modified layout successfully. Preview offline and online does not show modification (added custom field). Any ideas? thanks

Not Invoiceable CO Lines are showing as Planned Revenue in Project

We are working on a process where ALL billing is done from the project. The process involves creating a Custom Order (CO) from the Business Opportunity (Bus Opp) and then setting those lines to Not Invoiceable. On the projects side, an invoice plan would be made for an amount that includes the CO Line. In order that an invoice is not created from the CO, the CO line(s) is set to Not Invoiceable.On the project, the Planned Revenue for these order lines is being included. It is my thought that if the line is Not Invoiceable that the amount on this line should not be included as a planned revenue.Does anyone have any thoughts on this?Patrick

table.field is not working in IFS CLOUD Lobby

When we retreive data from a table in IFS Cloud by referencing the field (for example SHIPMENT_LINE_OVW_CFV.SOURCE_REF1) we get an error in datasource.For example , we use the packing problems lobby element in prod9 without any problem. How to give permission of Work Assignment Information tree view to general user

HiI am having a problem give permission of “Work Assignment Information” tree view to general users. This tree view is under the window My Task ( under Service and Maintenance module, attached ) in IFSAPP10. I have already checked both presentation objects and Database objects in the permission set window but unable to find anything related with the text of tree view menu, so, unable to give permission from permission window. The users I am trying to give permission can access My Work window. Thank you
