SIE Swedish File Format

SIE format allows the transfer of accounting data between different software. This file exchange is now implemented in all accounting software on the Swedish market and is used by governing bodies, such as the Swedish Tax Authority.Does anyone know if there is specific support for this in IFS Cloud?

FSM Time Clock

To Preface: We use two different task status’: one to represent that the task is completed and the request is completed. Another to represent that there is still work to be done on the request, so the task gets “rescheduled,” and a new “follow up” task gets created. The Request remains Open until the last task is completed. The work on the rescheduled task is essentially completed. Currently we have a time clock BR that does a perform time clock event generation when the task status changes. Also, side note: there is a value BR (before update) that will change the Completed task status to Reschedule if it needs to be rescheduled.It appears that the time clock rule can only evaluate one Stop Action. Question 1: Does the time clock rule only evaluate and use the first Stop Action even if the value that we define doesn’t match the task status?Please see pics 1 & 2 below to see the result of a Rescheduled Task. Fortunately the total labor time is calculated and still gets created even

Hi All,Is there a way to identify the maximum number of concurrent users in IFS Aurena Apps 10? Additionally, is it possible to check the users currently logged into IFS Aurena (excluding IEE)? Supplier Performance Evauluation / Rating

Hi IFS R&D / @johan.f.nilsson@ifs.com For one of our clients, I tried to set up supplier performance evaluation / rating. My conclusion is that this solution is insufficiently developed, based on the following points:Scoring Criteria of the Supplier Evaluation KPI can no longer be modified once they have been used in a Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup. Error message indicates that up to the Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup level you should delete everything, only you can only give the Suppler Performance Evaluation Setup status Obsolete and not delete it. Workflows need to be built for automation of kpi value. After technical inspection of the standard delivered workflow, the conclusion is that it does not work. Also the question that a workflow / configuration is needed for every new wish for the automatic filling of the kpi value? Display of supplier performance evaluation analysis is not optimal, more preferable would be a lobby page.

Rental Management - Generate Rental Transections

Hi, We are using rental functionality of IFS Cloud. When we generate the rental transections, UOM comes as Hours. What setup is required to see that the UOM on Cost and Sales lines should be Day not Hours. For Example: We commissioned (Start Rental) a Tool on 23-09-2024 13:00 PM and decommissioned (End Rental) on 23-09-2024 18:00 PMNow we generate the rental transection, the UOM on Cost & Sales line for different scenarios will be as follow: (Period Rounding - None) : UOM - 5(Period Rounding - Daily Rounding) : UOM - 24 ( 24 Hr = 1Day) For 2nd Scenario, I need the UOM as 1 not 24. Am I missing on some setup or how we can achieve.

E-invoice Processing Types (CTC 2024R2) and cancellation of invoice

In a CTC scenario (in this case Mexico) where customer invoice are sent to the taxation authorities for approval, then sometimes there is a need to cancel an invoice. Process:Invoice sent and approved with positive response (UUID no). Given the e-invoice process type, the invoice is posted User discover that the invoice is totally wrong. They the user contact the authorities and cancel the invoice (UUID no) Invoice is still “alive” in IFS. User create a credit/correction invoice that should not be sent i the taxation authorities, it should be kept inside IFS and matched against the debit invoice for accounting purpose. Given the e-invoice process types used on the customer, it is not possible to post a correction invoice without sending it. I think in App 10 and the MX country package, correction invoices was not sent.Question: in a CTC scenario and IFS 2023R2, how can an invoice be cancelled “inside IFS” without sending it? Adding New Process Flow Event Triggers

We are trying to replace our Event Broker messages with Process Flows for our new ERP integration.We are currently sending messages for Material Fulfilled and Material Unfulfilled. These are not options in the Service Order process flow event list. I’m hoping there is a PF expert from IFS out there that can indicate if this would likely be a difficult change to make?I have managed to put together a hacky solution by filtering on Disposition is Changed, but it is not perfect and there are some edge cases that are unhandled. It would be better to have the correct triggers.

Entering a non-numeric value for a parameter of type Number on the 'Order Report' screen does not result in an error.

Enter a non-numeric value in the parameter ‘Linast Length’ of type Number in OrderReport - Work Order and pressed the Finish button.As a result, the execution is completed without error.（IFS Apps9 displays error messages.）I would like to confirm the following details.・In IFSCloud, when entering parameters in the Order Report, does the specification not generate an error if a character is entered for a parameter of type Number?・Also, Is it possible to make different types of input an error without incorporating a checking process in the add-on?

IPAP and Inventory Expiration

In non-project environments I’m used to seeing the inventory expiration events show in IPAP, but I’m not seeing it in our project based environment. Is this normal? They show up in the Open Supply and Demand orders window and the MRP Information but not IPAP. We are on Apps 10 Update 22

Canadian time zones removed PSO 6.13

We have noticed that since updating PSO to 6.13.0.9, we are no longer seeing Canadian time zones anywhere in PSO.Have they been removed?Could there have been a step missed in the update process that left these out?A couple of Canadian provinces have unique time zones that would not be replicated in the US (Saskatchewan & Newfoundland for example)

Lobby Elemnents Timeout In IFS Cloud

The lobby elements timeout in IFS Cloud. When i try to retrieve the data again, somtimes it works but some of them always timeout. I have already checked their queries and everything seems fine. How can I extend the time to retrieve data before timeout? Currently it retrieves data in 2 minutes. I want to extend it to 5 minutes.

Any idea why putaway stops at 21 HU's when location capacity is set to 30?

Triggering putaway from Shop Order receipt. Was working fine...identifying the final location and the appropriate staging location. Final location capacity for that HU Type is set to 30 at the Bay level. Location stopped accepting new reservations at a total of 21 (physical HU’s + transport task reservations).
