Elements Missing from Query Designer

Object ID location ID as Delivery address on Invoice

When invoicing a service contract with an equipment object, we need to find a way to automatically set the object’s location ID as delivery address id on the invoice. Is there a system functionality enabling this in some way, maybe by a checkbox somewhere or some other setting?We know there are alternative solutions, like custom fields or custom events, but we would like a standard solution if possible. Thank you!

Retention released in Application for Payment

We came across an issue in the AFP of a customer, it is reported that the customer keeps the 20th line of the AFP as a tax expense record which is the main concern in this issue. However, they had added a tax payment of USD 369357.83, and the retention which was initially 14648.65 in Line 01 changed to USD 14722 in the field 'Retention Applied For’; AFP 63 AFP 64 line 01 14648.65 14722 line 03 -140.76 -140.76 line 14 214.1 214.1 line 17 0.01 0.01 14722 14795.35 73.35 However, carrying out testing we found that when in certified states the retention will be the same amount (i.e. 14648.65) in line 01.The customer has a concern as to why the retention has changed in line 01 when an amount was introduced to the Stored Material Field in line 20 of the AFP 64 (since the amount is shown incorrectly during the approval state). Any idea as to why this happen?

Project Time Registration

Hi,our project team has a problem with time reporting in a project. There is no problem to add work time on the 'Day' tab, but on the 'Week' tab the system does not allow to add time. I have given all permissions. I also have the same message on the IFSAPP user. Reporting work time on the 'Week' tab would be much faster. Now we have Update 17.Please help.RegardsDaniel

Updating custom fields via migration job

I need to update update a custom field in Inventory_part_cfv at the same time as creating the Inventory part. Under method list, I specified Inventory_part_cfp.CF_New__ and it's of type Migrate Source data that fetches information from an IC table.I am assuming that's not enough because it doesn't update it and throws an error stating ROWKEY cannot be null.What other steps are needed?

IFS10- Warehouse Data Collection- not shown for user in Aurena

I am implementing WADACO in APPs10 and using a Zebra scanner running android OS.I have the configuration working for a new test user in IEE, but the Warehouse Data Collection page is not available when I login using Aurena, either from my windows PC or from the scanner. The user ID I’m testing with has the permission set WADACO_MOBILE_USER. I have also granted Warehouse Data Collection presentation object to WADACO_MOBILE_USER trying to resolve this. Aurena does work on the scanner when using the app owner login. What am I missing?

Phantom Functionality for Production Recording

Does IFS allow for phantom functionality for production recording? What a phantom should allow is to record the FG in in one UOM (drum) but backflush through the immediate component to the next level lower in the BOM in another UOM. I’ve seen this in other ERP system, but sure in IFS.

Report Modelling GenerateRdf setting

IFS development studio seems to not allow setting below. When you save the .report file with below settings the development studio automatically removes it. RDF file then gets recreated and overwrites manual code. How to fix this problem?codegenproperties { GenerateRdf "no"; }

Error: "No access; Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action"

Hi All,I have added an ExecuteOperationalReport type Command to Shipment page. When an end user trying to run the report via Command, they get the below error. Also, this end user can run the report via order report without any issue.If that user has the app-owner permission, then the user will not get the issue. But the error prompting for other permission sets. How can I resolve this? TIA

Filter Site Data on detail rows to match header site

We are using APPS10 UPD14When in the screen Move Inventory Part, we query for a site and the details lines don’t match what is in the header. See below:Query for Part and Site (37): Header is correct (Site 37) however, the table rows below display Site 37 AND Site 15, it should only show Site 37.

Intrastat invoiced charge priced included

Hi,In Apps 9 we have added bugfix “BUG 161681” to intrasat. When we create an intrastat report we generate an export file. In that export file we only get invoiced price and not added invoiced charge price. Is there a way to get IFS to include invoiced charge price to the total invoice priced? See secnario below:Generate intrastat report Generate fil Data from intrastat. Quantity 2000* price 2,811555 = 5623. Charge price 0,250725*quantity=511,5. Output data. Invoiced price = 5623. But would like it to be 5623+501,5 =6124,5 How can we add invoiced charge price to invoiced price in output data?

Is it possible to grant access to develop and view quick reports only, without granting the FND_ADMIN permission set?There is a standard permission set called FND_QUICK_REPORTS. If i grant only this to a user, i do not get access to the quick reports. How can we grant access to a user to use quick reports, without granting access to FND_ADMIN
