Italian e-invoice information (codice tipo and codice valore)

For Italian invoices we are looking for the possibility to send extra information, i.e. the codice tipo and codice valore. We can see that the IT Einvoice transformer does contain both of them, but we can't find out where to fill the values.Does anybody have experience with this? And more important, willing to share? ;-)

Aurena Scan IT Login credentials Expired frequently

Hi Experts,One of our customer faced same kind of issue recently. There was no solution mentioned in same problem posted in this link : mWO aurena native - login credentials expired frequently | IFS Community so I reposted same with our problemUsers get below login credentials expired message everytime when they are using Aurena scan it 10 within every few hours (3 times per 30 minutes) . customer only use standard DB authentication and they have default values in MWS.they did not setup values for "Difs.oidc.accesstoken.lifetime" or "Difs.oidc.refreshtoken.lifetime" in MW. But they get this everyday.when i check one users device logs i can see it Kindly give your opinion for this problemThank YouSara

IFS Aurena Scan It 10 - 10.15.1368 - Failed to read value

Hi, We are having ongoing issues with our Honeywell android devices running IFS Aurena Scan It 10.We’ve completed a wifi survey and there have been not dropped packets or connection seems good. Error examples areAn error has occurred - initCommand: Failed to read value from SiteVirtualStructVar.ContractOne or more errors occured. (Function<GetDataCollectionProcessOnline>:Failed to assign a value to Result. Value = ‘True’)Action<StartSession>:Failed to assign value to result. Value=’True’ This can be when they have just completed a Move Handling Unit process and then attempt to do it again. It can also occur when they complete a process, put the gun down to perform the manual task and on resuming using the app get a load of errors. Any help or troubleshooting tips would be much appreciated. I’ve attached some screen shots. Our IFS tas server is hosted by IFS. Thanks, Fiona :)

copy function with select all checkboxes

All,when I want to copy a Work Task, I have to option to select all checkboxes, this option is not available when I want to copy a PM Action or a Work Task Template. Are there any ideas to implement the option ‘Select All’ for other copy functions?Is there a way to managed the default values in the copy option? Most of the time the user want tpo copy all and now none of the options are selected.Thanks in advance,Robert Kool

Document Detach option is not available in some screens

Hi,We have a scenario where same document revision is attached in Manual Supplier Invoice and Posting Proposal. For one document detach option is not available in Manual Supplier Invoice, but not in Posting Proposal. For other document detach option is not available in both Manual Supplier Invoice and Posting Proposal. I believe these documents are transferred from Manual Supplier Invoice to Posting Proposal through Object Connection Transformation. When it was transferred like this can we only detach the document from originally attached LU? If that is the case is there a work around where we can detach a document from a LU which is not the original LU?Also by looking at the document revision how can I identify what is the LU where this document was originally attached? Location to Unissue

Hello, When we unissue component material from a shop order we do not want to unissue back to the original location. Instead we ask the production associates to unissue to a location under a specific location group and the Location to Unissue page. I would like to create a custom event to validate that the user is selecting the appropriate location group when unissuing from shop order but I cannot seem to find the correct logical unit to use. Any ideas?

Manual Supplier Invoice Tax App10

HII have a client who upgraded from Apps9 to Apps10. When creating an invoice in Apps 9 for a PO with no tax, the line information does not pull in the tax code. When creating an exact invoice in Apps 10, it puts a tax code on the line information. I can remove it prior to saving. However, we are trying to figure out why this is happening. We have verified the information for the company and Supplier is the same in Apps9 and Apps10. Anyone thoughts on this issue?Identical POsManual Supplier, tax code is added to the Line information in Apps 10. Removed Tax code in line information and corrected Tax in header to be zero again. I then saved the invoice and the tax information did not reappear.

Hello, I saw some posts, for IFS 9, were it was discussed how you can enter external costs directly in Report in work order > Postings tab. We work in IFS 10 and I cannot see a tab Postings in the Report In Work Order screen. Does it need to be activated it, in some way?How can I enter external costs directly in Work Order or Work Task? Hi All,I am trying to do export of IFS database from oracle source server to destination server using oracle user ‘SYSTEM’. I see the export import completed fine. But while starting the application the background_jobs is not running and looks like it is trying to run these jobs with ‘SYSTEM’ user which was used for importing the database. I am getting below error can you please suggest anyone faced this? do I need to impersonate ‘SYSTEM’ user? If yes how can I do it these are all background jobs triggered by application during configuration automatically. Below is the error I am getting. Integration to EskerI have a customer that uses Esker for its decentralized purchasing where many people can create a requisition and the customer has put several approval rules within Esker.Esker's website says they have integrated with IFS before but I never heard of it before. IFS Apps 10 Update 12:I am having difficulty using Employee Payment Methods. It appears there isn’t a way to customize the output file format the same way you can with Supplier Payment File Formats.When configuring you can select from a series of standard file formats (like below) but I have not found a way to create custom formats. Prepayment type code Mixed Payment in Cloud

Hi! We’re doing tests for upcoming upgrade to Cloud. In out Polish company we use prepayment based invoices. When doing a CUPOA in Mixed Payment in Apps 10 Aurena, we can define Prepayment type code and then in Posting Control PP8 with control type IC9 - Prepayment Type connect that to accounts. However, in Cloud we can’t find the column Prepayment type code. Anyone that has an idea on how to resolve this? Best regards, Tobias

Navigator node translations

Hi all, is it possible, to translate a Navigator node entry?After adding a custom page as an Navigator entry it is saved in english (User language = en). After access with same user in german (User language = de) the Navigator entry is still in english and not in german.The view on the right side is translated correctly, the Navigator entry not.Is there any other way than using two basic profiles (de, en) to make the right setting/translation?Looking forward for a feedback.Br,Jan
