Event Passes Incorrect Information to Workflow Action

Hello, I have an event that is triggered upon the removal or change of a record in the ShopMaterialPurOrd LU. That is the Entity that stores pegging data between shop order material lines and purchase order lines. The idea behind this customization is to print a shop order pick list to the appropriate printer when material pegged to a shop order is received in on the Register Arrivals page. Receiving the pegged material reserves it to the shop order and removes the record (or changes the pegged qty field) in the SHOP_MATERIAL_PUR_ORDER view, which triggers the event. The workflow works great for receipt of a single line. When two or more arrival lines are received, the event is triggered the appropriate number of times, but it only passes the information from the first trigger for every following trigger. This can’t be intended behavior; is it a bug? Is it a limitation? Is there a workaround that doesn’t involve trying to find a different trigger? Any and all help would be greatly ap

How to Disable Work Status Menu Buttons

Hello,We want to remove or disable the buttons related to work status on the user's menu only for back office users, as shown in the attached image. We can not set global codes to inactive cause these work statuses are being used on mobile users.Also, it is not possible to achieve this using access groups since we are using the same user role across back office and mobile platforms and the users only differ by user type.Do you know how to achieve this?Please as you provide your input...Thank you!

How is #FIELD meant to work in Custom Help?

Hi all,I am testing to setup Custom Help in the lower Help Pane and I wonder how it is meant that #FIELD is meant to work. Preferably I would like the #FIELD could take you to a chapter in the Help File, but how do I tag the HTM file then? Or is it even possible?It works fine to configure the base profile for windows we want a Custom Help File, so that is very useful as it is, but i.e. in Work Task we have a large number of custom fields and it would be so nice if the focused field value could take you directly to the correct part of the document describing this custom fields.We are running App10, upd18 if this helps. ;)Thank you so much in advance!

Default revenue activity in the sales contract is not recognized, when copying the sales contract. Must enter it manually. Is this the standard behavior of the system?

Issue: Default revenue activity in the sales contract is not recognized, when copying the sales contract. Must enter it manually.Environment: IFS cloud 23R2Test stepsNavigate to sales contracts window. Query for sales contract number CS0220259. And it will load relevant sales contracts under that. Select the second contract. Click on three dots and select “copy contract” Give contract division as 1 and enable new contract button and give planned start date. Then new sales contract will be created. (C100000066). Go to project sub tab and enter details. Give a project and revenue activity and save it. System will identify it as the default revenue activity. You can see default button is enabled. Click on “revision and items” tab on the header. Select on first line and click on the drop-down icon. Then try to edit the report code via the edit icon. You can see default project and revenue activity filed isn't updated within t

IFS Cloud Rental Returns to a different Site

Hi. I am looking for confirmation that when an RMA is created for a Rental Return in IFS Cloud, that it cannot be returned to a different Site and that this is not something that can be changed? When changing the Return to Site in the RMA Header, this can be changed, but not when the RMA contains rental lines?

Access to time card of Terminated employees for non HR employees

HiI need to provide access to time registration, time card of former employees to a non-HR community. I added former employee to a group on the ‘Employee Access Group’ view. When negative charges are added to a work order,customer order or RMA the debit/credit invoice ends in Printed Status due to an imbalance in postings

After Update from IFS10 UPD13 to IFS10 UPD 17, we experienced an issue, that Invoices ended in status printed, due to an imbalance in postings.Customer invoice posting analysis show the error message ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (The difference in Accounting Currency for the Invoice 2023004303 has exceeded the limit .2) occurred while booking Invoice CD 2023004303.The error is caused because IP2 and IP4 postings are missing in the customer invoice postings.This message is caused by bug 164696.Has anyone already done a data correction for corrupted data which was caused by this bug?kind regards

Report Project Cost = On project screen nets to zero

We created a Project Cost using Report Project Cost - Non personal.This uses posting control PRJC3 and 4. But all that happens on the project monitoring screen is that the Debit and Credit offset one another to 0.How do you get it to show the committed cost you have posted and not offset. The debit and credit below just offset. We do not want this, we want one line to appear with a value of 10 so Revenue then shows 10.00

Is it possible to pass yesterdays date in the URL navigation from a lobby element?We’re trying to filter work completed yesterday, or ideally, within last 24 hours. Credit/Correction Invoices in the Inter-site Flow

Hi.This is regarding creating credit/correction invoices in the inter-site flow. The scenario is as follows.Site A in company 1 receives customer orders from the external customers. They will raise an internal purchase order for the items to site B in company 2. Site B will directly deliver the items to the end customer. Site A will send the customer invoice to the end customer based on the customer order in site A.Is it possible to automatically create the credit/correction invoice in site B (Production Site) for the internal customer order, if a credit/correction invoice is raised for the external customer order in site A. Or wise versa.
