Aurena Lobby Set Parameter through Data Source

How can you set the 'Default Value' for a page parameter that would result from a data query?ex. We are working to present our employees with data about customers that they share responsibility for (many to many relationship - so we cannot just put a named person on a customer record).The thought we had would be to build our own table where we could store how the Default Value for Customer would need to be written and this would be retrieved from a query.

Hi,Version - Applications 10 Update 8We recently configured BRES by closely following IFS Documentation. The excel report is getting rendered but without any data. I see the following errors in the BRES log:I tried all workarounds incl. the one for COM Factory Class error but no luck so far.Any direction in this regard is very much appreciated.

Publish price difference on arrival

Hello, Hope y’all are good and safeWhen I check the box in "Company>Distribution>Checkbox: Publish price difference on arrival", does that affect the budget? What is the practical use of this?The issue is in the cost allocation at the time of the P.O's receipt, since between the period of registration of the supplier invoice and receipt, the amount can’t be found. The amount is no longer registered in the committed costs and does not appear in the current. Thanks in advance

WADACO register arrival transaction error

Hi, I was trying to receive the purchase order created by distribution order using WADACO in IFS Aurena. It is showing me following error:but when I try to receive this order using register arrivals then IFS allows me to receive it. My distribution order is in ‘In Transit’ state. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thank you.

Depreciation calendar for 4/ 4/5 accounting period

Our Accounting periods has been set to follow 4/4/5 calendar, the depreciation calendar also follows the same. When we created a depreciation proposal, we could see that depreciation is calculated using calendar month rather than the 4/4/5 period. How can we get the system to calculate depreciation using 4/4/5 calendar. ?

How do we send inventory back to a supplier for rework/repair?

How do we send inventory back to a supplier for rework/repair?We received on parts 3 months ago. We have paid the supplier and are now found a failed piece of equipment. How do we send it back to the supplier for rework. The original PO cannot be re-opened due to staged payments already being processed. We do not wish to receive a credit, or invoke any other transaction other than showing this part left our company and is sitting at the supplier.

Send Email when Prospect Created w/o an address

Using Apps 10 and want to create a custom event that will send an email to the user who creates a prospect (converts from a business lead) without an address. IFS deletes the business lead when it converts the lead to a customer/prospect. Thoughts or suggestions? Which LU would be appropriate to create the custom event on? Which PLsql API would be good to get the Address?

IFS 7.5 Email Customer Statement of Account

Hi Guys,I am using IFS 7.5.I would like to trigger Email with Customer Statement of Account attachment to every customer on the fist day of each month.I need your guidance on this.How to setup 1 Report Scheduler that can generate PDF with only 1 customer data per PDF file? Currently I need to setup multiple schedulers and key in Customer ID one by one as per picture below.How setup event to trigger Email with SOA attachment to every customer separately? Even if the above Report Scheduler able to generate PDF with single customer data, the event action is not able to recognize which PDF file is for which customer.Someone advised to put “&PDF_PARAMETER_1” under To field but all my PDF_PARAMETER are empty. Where can I fill in/define these PDF_PARAMETER?Below is the Email triggered when I key in my Email address under To field in order to check the value for all PDF parameters.Thank you. Shop floor workbench - backflush material

Hi using apps 10 and trying to auto issue (backflush) operation connect materail from the shop floor workbench but the check box’s are greyed out and unable to check any of them.i have created inbound location on the work centre from were i want the material reserved and issued from but cant seem to do it from the workbench.does anyone know why this is?RegardsJamie

Hi All, We need to find a place to keep information about our CNC Programs We have no module for that Do you have idea where we can put this information in IFS ? The information we need is: Part NoRevisionMaterial (Sheet Metal)Lot Size (we have programs for whole sheets and bars)Work Centers (on which program can be performed) Because work centers and material is needed so i thoughr that we can put this information within routing and/or structure window. We could possibly do it with custom field. Do you have any other idea ? Does someone do that before ? Also, we should be able to attach the file within this window but its not a sine qua non

Hi, I have a situation I could use some support with. I have a Element which is performing a count, in this case of Service Contracts that meet specific criteria that is being set by the Data Source Definition below: Data Source DefinitionThis gives me a number, and in EE I can click the number and it will take me to a filtered list which then shows me all the Service Contracts that match the data source conditions.We also want this functionality in Aurena, so I added the URL to the Service Contracts list in the Navigation options, and in theory I’d just need to use the Data Source Condition, right? Navigation Options for Element (Client Type is Aurena)Unfortunately though, when I reload the lobby element in Aurena and click the lobby element, although the screen does load the Service Contracts screen, I receive the following error, and no contracts are loaded.Database error occurred.
