Hi using apps 10 and trying to auto issue (backflush) operation connect materail from the shop floor workbench but the check box’s are greyed out and unable to check any of them.
i have created inbound location on the work centre from were i want the material reserved and issued from but cant seem to do it from the workbench.
does anyone know why this is?

The Backflush check box in Approve dialog applies only to backflusing of non operation connected material when receiving the shop order.
When reporting operation quantities, connected material that allows to be backflused will always be issued.
The Backflush when reporting operation quantities will follow the Backflush hierarchy, so system can be configured to issue from work center inbound locations.

You can find that by RMB on the Shop Order Material line > Reserve and Backflush Visualization
