Hello All,

 

I'm curious if we can have a mobile app for IFS Aurena Time Management.

If this is the case, can we use the same license that we have for Aurena?

What would be the configuration step?

You can access the Aurena system through your mobile browser as well. You can use the same URL you enter in the desktop browser. However, your internal IT will have ensure the URL is accessible through a public network and whether it complies with security guidelines of the business.

 

Also there is a TouchApp called “Time Tracker” that exists for multiple versions of the IFS Application. This app is available in the Apple Store and Play store. However, for this, configuration would need to be done possibly with the assistance of IFS Consultancy.
