Hi Community,I try to create a new data source designer but I haven’t access to add one. I am connected to IFS Cloud with my login (with full permissions), I tried with ifsadmin and it is the same.I found video and it exlpain it is necessary to have system privilege.But I don’t know how to do this. I also tried to create an IAL but I don’t find it in data source. If somebody can help me. Regards,Christophe

Good afternoon; I am experiencing an issue whereby Perform Putaway is creating Transport Tasks which cannot be executed. We have defined a multi-zone putaway for part number A: Ranking 1 = storage zone of a single bin location to store loose quantities of part number A ( not on a handling unit ). Dims and volume capacity have been specified for the bin and Inventory Part Storage Requirements have been defined for part number ARanking 2 = a storage zone made up of several bin locations, with handling unit capacity set to 1. When I execute Perform Putaway on a quantity of part number A (unattached to a handling unit), I receive a Transport Task with a To Location No as defined in the storage zone for ranking 1. This is performing as expected. However, if I execute Perform Putaway on multiple handling units of part number A, I again receive a Transport Task with a To Location No as defined in the storage zone for ranking 1. This would not be expected, as the bin location does not

Arrival cannot be registered for all of the parts on a purchase order. The purchase order was created from a Maintenance Work Order. There are five parts from the requisition. Arrival can be registered for four of the parts without a problem. Registering an arrival for the fifth part results in this error, “The JT Task Planning Does Not Exist”. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?

When looking at the Engineering Part Navigator I can see the Engineering Revision for the structure that am reviewing. When I create an equipment object I provide a Part No: for the piece of equipment. How do I know the Engineering Revision for the Part that is linked to the Equipment?
While utilizing the MRP Action Proposals I do not see a Supplier showing up in the the “Supplier” column for many of the different MRP Messages. For example, I have an Inventory Part with one supplier up on the Supplier for Purchase Part page, and when MRP runs the Action Proposal says “needs orders” but the Supplier doesn’t show up. If I right click and select the “Follow Up” option the correct Supplier appears in the Purchase Requisition Lines, which is a good thing, but why doesn’t the Supplier automatically show up (as a suggestion) in the Action Proposals page? Is there a setting that I may be missing to have the Action Proposal indicate the Primary Supplier from the Supplier for Purchase Part page?

Morning We are using IFS apps 10 and I have been reviewing work centre capacities and have noticed large discrepancies in average capacity and demonstrated capacity but cant understand why?the work centre below is for a welding work centre with an average capacity of 7.15 hr but a demonstrated capacity of 39.6 hr. Available and theoretical capacity are both showing 7.75 hr per day.When reviewing the resource detail the capacity calculation base is set at group with a resource quantity of 5 to reflect the 5 welders working within this work centre (all with the same labour class) and group utilisation at 90% . does any one know the cause of the discrepancy? kind regards Jamie

, we are receiving multiple customer orders and every month, we are consolidating the shipment for many orders by raising separate invoice for each order not consolidated invoice for entire shipment. Hello everyone,Does anyone know how to write the URL to properly apply the filter “Cost Invoice” for invoices in the posting proposals window? When I press my lobby element I want to list only invoices with this specific status message. This is the filter I want applied to the lobby element. Current setup:The lobby data source is very basic and only lists invoices in with the above status and their invoice no. The lobby data element url counts the different invoices and lists them as a counter - also very basic. Currently the Web Access URL looks like this:‘page/PostingProposals/List?searchcontext=MessageId:$MESSAGE_ID$’but it dosen’t filter out the cost invoices, it shows everything in the posting proposals window - its like the filter parameter is not properly triggered. Initially we tried with the “filter” parameter instead of the “searchcontext” one but we had no luck with that one either and now we’ve run out of ideas.Can any of you smart guys help with this?
