Hi,I have a problem with the "Create Documents" functionality.When I use a document class that has an individual counter number set, then the document format is required.If the document class has a default counter, then there is no such problem

Just go to Document Class Management and define the * format:
...and the problem will be solved:
It looks like we have a default format of * set behind the scenes. I actually think it's not needed, so if you want to you can file a support case to get that fixed. Or just use the workaround above which takes much less time 🙂
