Hi, I found the following post that describes the different types of IFS licenses and have a question. Tip: Types of licensing available in IFS ApplicationsWe have 10 Warehouse Data Collection CTU licenses and 300 Full User licenses. What we’d like to know is; can a user that is using a full license access the IFS Aurena Scan It app for Warehouse Data Collection without using one of the CTU licenses? thanks
We have an issue with purchase requisitions where MRP does not consider available qty on other site. We have 2 sites in a company, Let’s say A and B. A is a material-supply site, B is a manufacturing site. So when MRP runs for site A, it does not take qty on site B in the calculation, this generates a lot of mess for us. Please help and thanks in advance
Hi Community,Does any one know how to navigate from one cell to another vertically.Ex: Project Activity Progress needs to be manually updated. I am trying to find how can I use the keyboard to move to the cell below my cursor. Usually down arrow key takes you, but in Aurena that doesn’t work. Especially for a data entry person like (finance / AP / Accounting) this is going to be challenging without a keyboard shortcut.Version Apps 10 Upd 15. Thanks in Advance!Malik

Hello. When using Component Customer order on a External Services (type 6) we have the case whereby we delivered the part from inventory on the customer order and it moved to invoiced/closed as the line item was 0.00. When i attempt to undo the delivery of the Customer Order we receive an error “Cannot undo customer order delivery for component where the item is not charged.” What is the method to undo the delivery to get the part back into inventory when this happens? We are running IFS Apps10 UPD10 We are trying to create a Pick List layout using SSRS. We successfully got our dev machines setup. We built a layout using the IFS Report Data Services data source, with the wsdl connection string When I enter a result key - I see IFS data in the report using preview pane - so I am successfully connecting to IFSBut - when I deploy the report to the Reporting Server - when I test the Data Source - I get a wsdl errrorDoes anyone know what this means? I’m looking for a next step and I’m out of ideas. I already had IT run the MWS reconfig step. But this is specific to the SSRS server.

My Default value for my custom field (check box) has stopped populating for new records.My custom field:Persistent Boolean Value Enum (TRUE or FALSE boolean) I set the Default Value to FALSE For every new record that was created, my custom field had the check box default to FALSE, but it just recently it stopped working.Anybody having the same issue? We did not do any major updates or changes to to the environment or the custom field.

Hello all, Similar to post made about 2 years ago, I’m looking some advice on controlling database size. We’ve had IFS for over 3 years now and our database is already over 1Tb which seems abnormal compared to some comments under below post. Seems like our IFSAPP_DATA tablespace is taking up 454GB followed by IFSAPP_LOB 216GBI have a further breakdown of top largest tables from ProDBA, MEDIA_ITEM_TAB and PART_COST_BUCKET_HISTORY_TAB with MEDIA_ITEM_TAB col. MEDIA_OBJECT taking up 144GB. My question is, how do you keep on top of your DB size? I’ve seen customers say they’ve had IFS for many many years and their DB is only about 500GB. Are there settings within application that can be checked? Can the space be reclaimed if so does anyone know how? Share some best practices :) Thanks all!
I have worked with customer consignment, but now trying to set up test for supplier consignment. I can’t find the place where to define that part is consignment part, so in principle how to set up supplier consignment. It would be nice if I can find some help here (IFS10).
Hi,Using FSM6U13, PSO 6.7.0.30We are currently having some issues understanding the schedule status in FSM. On the task, as my understanding, the scheduling status should be changed based on the status in PSO. However, we are currently experiencing a lot of the tasks that are open have no scheduling status in the task table. Is there any smart way to troubleshoot this particular issue?
We have an error message that we are struggling to get past when creating shop orders via SFWB: 'Issuing could not be done because no inventory locations exist to drive negative without reservations for M-FACTOR’. I have checked through the setup, nothing has changed - settings allow negative qty: Setup is exactly the same in our DEV environment and all working fine there. Any thoughts?

HiCan the community help with the below error message?We have an output path defined for our EFT upload file process the file being created when using the RMB to Create Payment Order.This was originally setup for one company and we have no issues with the process/output.We are now required to send EFT payments out of a new company and are using the same Payment Methods per Institute (Output File Directory Output File Directory History) setup as the original company.However when we go to Create Payment Order this message appears indicating that the Output File Directories should be verified. Where should this verification take place in order to allow the creation of the Payment Order and upload file?Any information would be much appreciated.ThanksAlanS
