Hello, I’m trying to use the ‘Copy Forecast’ functionality to additively combine two MS Set forecasts together and effectively make one bigger one. The ‘Add’ in the wizard title makes it seem like it’s possible, but it appears to just wipe the ‘to’ set completely and replace with the ‘from’ set’s forecast values, not combine/add together. Is this possible today? @majose perhaps?
In IFS Cloud, we are missing Configuration Structure Graphic screen. Does anybody know if this has been renamed or was not brought over from APPS9? Thanks!
Hello everybody,I would like to know if there is a way to automatically generate several Lot Batch No. (one Lot Batch No. per position) when creating a Shop Order. The article is set to Many Lots per Production Order. But a Lot Batch No. is only created automatically if "One Lot per Production Order" is set in the article. -->Then it is only one, and we would really need a separate Lot Batch No. for each article of the Shop Order. Hope somebody can help me. Thank you!

Community, Does any know aware that in IFS any shop order cost variance report that could be downloaded to Excel ? the screenshot below, the value ‘Calc Variance’ is the data we interested for each shop order.
We are new to Aurena (Apps10) so this feels like a noob question but…I am searching through all Customer Invoices for a specific Customer and Aurena is only showing me 24 records. I know from using the export to excel function there are 585.Despite looking through the various search and filter options I can see no way to page through the rest of the records or, better still, return all records so I can scroll through (this would be easy in EE). Am I missing something?

I’ve just been posed a question to which I don’t have an answer. What happens to the master scheduling calculation if the inventory part is set to period part planning? Will it aggregate demand for the order cover time period s that code G does in MRP? Thanks!
Hello, I have a subset of parts that are processed on Shop Orders with an outside operation. The Supplier they are processed through has minimum Lot requirements by part size. Currently, our scheduling group has to look through IPAP to find these Shop Orders. They will then move the SO dates to try and group them together to avoid the lot charges. I’ve looked through the help section but I do not see anything that appears to address this. I am hoping there is a way within the native functionality to address this. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Dear Hive Mind…Just looking for some information on the pros/cons/correct choice to make re Supply Chain Matrix, please. SC Matrix is not something we’ve used before so I’m doing some testing. Our Distribution Calendar is a 5 day working week one. We have no Supplier Calendar or External Transport Time set or any days against Route/Ship via etc. Supp for PP record has leadtime entered (28 - as I undrestand ‘calendar days’) and Inspection Leadtime (4 - as I understand ‘working days’). Calc Purchase Leadtime is run. When I run MRP, there is no difference in the Latest Order Date result on the purchase req if I set up an Internal Transport Time on the Supply Chain Matrix for Site/from External Supplier or on the Supplier Chain Matrix for Supplier/to Demand Site.Is there a view as to which is the ‘correct’ way? Any thoughts gratefully received!ThanksLinda
In IFS 10 Aurena, we’ve just kicked off our QC dept and what we found is that entering analysis results is very tedious because we have to enter one line at a time instead of it being a table view that we can enter in each variable at the same time. Is there an overview screen to look at the inspection results for an Analysis Result for a shop order in Aurena Cloud? Basically, is this screen or interface any better in cloud than it is in Aurena 10? IFS 10 Analysis Result, I can just click in the next one and enter results. At the top when I’m done, we “Complete All Registered Results”.Aurena 10, We can only “Enter and View Results” for one Analysis result line at a time. If I highlight multiple, I can’t look at multiple and I can’t enter results on this overview. It takes us 10 minutes each time we have to register inspection results in Aurena 10 in comparison to IEE.

Hi All!We runned into a Purchase Requisition with an duedate which we could not understand.Hope someone in the community can help explain this.It seems somehow that MRP is not creating an requisition with dueadate earlier than an already existing Purchase Order.This is the scenario step by step:We had an customer order(-5902), which was placed well ahead. And we ordered the parts for that order, also well ahead. Hello, Is anyone able to explain what exactly enabling the “Run Integrated with CRP” option does when you perform Site MRP in Cloud? There seems to be conflicting info, which is confusing me. The field help description states: If this option is enabled, CRP backward scheduling logic will be used to schedule shop order requisitions generated from the process. As a result, the start dates of the requisitions/receipts generated will be more accurate. However, this thread explains that the MRP calculation will use the routing information to calculate the fixed & variable lead time to schedule the SOR start date. It will only use the manufacturing lead time value on the Inventory Part screen if the routing time is 0. So if this is the case, what does enabling the CRP option in MRP actually do? This thread explains it is not the same as running CRP separately, i.e. the data in the machine & labour load screens won’t update until CRP is run separately. I think what I’m looking for is
We are running Apps 10 Update 11In the Aurena interface is there a way to search for a date that is say 3 days in the future? An example would be in Inventory Part In Stock and we want to find any items that expire in the next 3 days.In IEE I would use the advances/SQL query and use something like EXPIRATION_DATE <= trunc(sysdate)+3I’m trying to figure out how to replicate what we currently do in IEE in Aurena. I have Day Types with the correct minutes for each day. When this information is put into a calendar, some days are not giving the same work time. For example, the Day Type for a Sunday shows 11pm-12am with a working time of 60 minutes. However, when that is added to a calendar, it generates Sunday as a full 480 minutes (8-hr shift).
