Error in IPaaS log - I’ve been looking through the log for the reason for why I cannot get into AssystETM and came across this error. A new version V3.3.8 of the Astea Mobile Native Application is currently undergoing testing at this time, updates are included for the following items:Fix for the Image Picker plugin, enabling access to the Gallery/Album on Android 13+ devices. Fix for the Notification Plugin, ensuring correct setup of notification permissions on Android 13+ devices. Hello,We are currently on Apps 10, and we are currently exporting our payroll file from IFS and sending it to ADP our payroll provider. Our business users are requesting to add a new wage code onto the payroll hours export from IFS, but we are not 100% sure if it can be modified. We reached out to an IFS HR Consultant Partner we work with, and from our understanding it seems that her IFS customers are modifying the file to their needs. We are trying to figure out if this file was a customization or standard IFS File. Has anyone had to modify this file? And if so was it possible?

Hi,My customer is using IFS Cloud and has a scenario where engineer will be raising WOs via technician portal or MWO for the specific project activity. As standard, I can’t see a way to connect newly raised job to the project using portal/MWO, only directly on the Prepare Work Order screen. On another topic there was mentioning of possible configurations can be done, but no details have been provided. Can anyone assist? In addition, there will be a lot of PMs used on the project, however as standard functionality PM Actions cannot be attached to the project activity at the generation point. Is there a way to connect PMs to Project using Technician Portal or MWO?Thank you
After editing/changing a translation for a custom attribute and refreshing the language cache, the translation still doesn't show up in the client. It may take several hours to appear.

We have SLA Templates created and connected to Service Contracts and we want this to trigger when a Work Order is created.I can see in the Work Tasks the SLA Order Number is populated but the SLA Latest Finish Date does not pull with the calculated Finish Date to meet the SLA?Does anyone have any experience with SLAs that can help?Thanks,

If I go from Supplier Invoice Posting Proposal - Match PO Receipts - No Purchase Order Information is displayed. The Matching Lines are blank. As we push to get user’s over to Aurena, we have discovered that when locking an attached document within the Manual Supplier Invoice screen, each time that the Document Object Connections tab is clicked, the systems takes a long time before this option becomes available. All other areas of IFS where this process takes place do not exhibit this behavior, nor do we see this in IEE.
Hi all 😊,Below is related to a customer issue with regard to the include of certain characters and spaces in fields. Would you kindly provide your insights and feedback on this matter? Your expertise and perspective would be greatly appreciated.I did some further investigation and found that a “System Parameter” is provided to limit the use of special characters in Key fields…By default, the “Space” character is not include in this system parameter. As such, space characters should currently be usable anywhere within a key field.I tried editing this System Parameter to include a space character, and then created a new Customer which included a space within it's ID. Unfortunately, the system parameter didn't seem to have any effect at all. I was still able to create a Customer with a space character in it's ID field.In fact, this test revealed a further issue whereby Customers can be created with IDs containing any of the characters listed in this System Parameter (i.e. Aurena doesn't
