In the dispatch console in the Astea browser you have the gps icon which is displayed when there is some gsp data available for the tech. The customer is asking what are the rules to display this icon. We know that the tech should be cloked in, but if the gpsdata are the sameday in the past and there is no data at present the icon should be displayed also ? Is there a kind of real time refresh of this icon or the system is looking at each x minutes the gpsdata table to find records and display this icon on the screen ?Thanks for your feebackrgdsChristophe
Hi Communiy, I have experience the below system behavior in Register Arrival on 24.1E environment.When I enter ‘Register Arrival’ for PO line with self-billing, Receipt Reference is NOT required.The generated PO supplier invoice has an invoice numbe which comes from counter of ‘AS’ Series ID instead of Receipt Reference.However, if I use different compnay/site in the same envrionment, I can not reprodue this case by using the same pruchase part and supplier. I was required to enter Receipt Reference when I enter arrival registration in this case. Do you have any idea how can I make self-billing PO invoice without Receipt Reference?The below screen shot describes self-billing invoice generated from PO receipt. Hi, The end point I am wanting to post to is expecting some custom values to be sent with a repeating element name of customfieldname and customfieldvalue. I have three to pass in this example. The XML structure in the log is correct. I know that there is a feature in Assyst 11.6 to add additional affected user but we are running 11.4.3 version which does not support this feature. We have a use case where end user will be creating a request in AssystNet and will input a additional affected user in a custom lookup field and we need to add that user as a additional affected user using custom script. Did anyone achieve this using custom script using restAPI or through ETM. Would appreciate help on this.

We are running Apps10 UPD16.When we have multiple tax lines on the instant invoice:When printing the Instant Invoice, there is only one tax line lumping all 3 lines above together.Our customer requires a breakdown of all of the tax lines. Is it possible to print all of the tax lines on the Instant Invoice report without having to modify and make a new layout? Thanks, Michelle
Hi Community, We’ve proceeded to our Go-Live and have migrated all outstanding data concerning customer orders, PO’s, etc…. Historical data remains within our legacy software.We are considering that we’ll face the situation where a customer will contact us for items that he would like to return to us as RMA (either for credit or rework/replacement).As it will concern data that won't be in IFS as not been migrated, we are wondering how it could be handled.So here, it’s more a post to ask you for advice/knowledge on how you handled such situation where an RMA needs to be processed in IFS while data exist only legacy software.Thanks in advance for your comments and experiences. We have used SQL Views as data sources in Lobby Data source designer, however in process of migrating them into projections, we need to replace “where” conditions to “filters” in new projection data sources and needs a solution to replace SYSDATE parameter used in SQL Views. Workaround tried to replace SYSDATE was unsuccessful.Screenshot attached.We could use a Query in the projection and could migrate the logic to projection yet this filter conditions are being used as in navigation links in Lobby Elements.

Hello! We are hosting the FSM app for iOS on a third-party application. On that platform, several users are unable to download the FSM app. What could the probable causes be? Hello,For our stock count we pull the part ID using the below code: var metrixRowId = getValueFromListDataRow(row, "stock_count", "metrix_row_id");var partId = getDBValue(stringFormat("Select part_id from stock_count where metrix_row_id = {0}", metrixRowId)); The problem with this is our Part IDs recently have been rounding off trailing zeroes for examplePart ID 13003.70 becomes 13003.71452.00 becomes 1452 In some cases if 1452 is a valid part, it will pull information from that other part ID.It doesn’t seem to affect items with a leading zero so00308.50 is not affected.We have notes saying that the below code does not work because of an IFS bug, so this was fixed previously but is now broken again.var partId = getValueFromListDataRow(row, "stock_count", "part_id"); //this returns the wrong value for varchars that end with '.00' due to IFS bugI have tested the above and confirmed it has the same issue. When a user, while filling out a survey, revises an answer to a previous question, it results in the deletion of all subsequent answers.Example: user answers the questions in a survey and reaches question 12. Then the user modifies the answer to question 4. As a result, answers to questions 5 to 12 are lost.Is there a way to alter this behavior and make sure answers are not automatically deleted?

Hi Guys,I have the following table structure on the request screen. There’s a parent-child relationship between order lines and claims. These two custom tables are connected as follows, I can add/edit records to the claims section without an issue.Now, I need to add the claims table (c_po_line_claims) under the tasks tab of the same request screen. But this time the connection is made via different fields.For this I created an alias of the c_po_line_claims table and made the connection as following. The data is filtered correctly. But when I try to update a record (ex: change the amount and save), I get the following error. It’s trying to run an update on the alias table, which is not an actual table in the database. Hence the error.I guess I’m missing something trivial. Any clues?

Hello, This happens with 2 different customers in different versions (23.1.10 and 23.2.3). The CRM Panel has been installed correctly, the doc class has been defined for the docs and the Default Settings have been entered correctly: DOC_CLASS - populated SKIP_ATTACHMENTS - falseBut the attachments from the email are not populating into IFS Business Mails as an attachment. Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it an issue with the versions? Kind regards, Eric
