Hi Team,IFS - Sales>Detailed Statistics - Invoiced Sales is not pulling through any Manual Adjustments or Instant Invoices. I have always used this report to generate the Sales Geography & Marketing Data but it no longer contains all the relevant information. Hi, how to configure Tools in a MRO setup, such that tools can be allocated against tasks in work order as well as be able to track the tool issue and return? I understand that I can avail one of the functionality either Resource Allocation or an indirect way of monitoring the issue/return through Maint Material Issue/unissue feature. Hello,I’ve created an invoice creation event action to trigger a workflow that is supposed to be executed every time an invoice row is added to the INVOICE_TAB but for some reason, even though IFS creates new entries with new Invoice IDs in this table, they do not trigger the custom event and event action when a correction or credit invoice is created off of an invoice.Any idea on why this is and when some limitation like this might occur again in other areas? is this just a different table/view I have to focus on for my custom event?Thanks,Bryan
I have an virtual machine assigned and It has an academy self signed certificate.I can use this for completing my installation. Unfortunately there is no password supplied. Without this I cannot proceed with my installation. Please help.
If we have ship loose parts (like bolts, nuts, etc.) that need to be shipped with an order (sometimes known at order onset and others not known until Manufacturing done) how can you add this to an order in IFS Cloud or at least have a notification of some sort for Shipping to know that these are required? We are on 23R1 SU10 currently.

Hi all, Can i check if the standard user accounts (not IFSAPP) cannot see the lobby or quick reports they created? Currently, Additional projections need to be granted manually rather than auto. Is there something that could be permission set to allow users to view quick report they create on the spot rather than look for system admin to request permission. Thanks.
Hi,In the inter-site flow, when an external customer order is in the release state and a particular order line is canceled along with a cancellation reason, the cancellation and cancellation reason will be updated in the internal purchase order of the demand site. However, only the cancellation reason will not be updated in the internal customer order at the supply site.There is another community post addressing the same issue below. Hi all, first question for the community...What are your best practices for scheduling outside service operations?In the middle of a routing we send a part to an outside vendor. We currently use machine run factor for example 40 hours to schedule the shop order to be outside for one week. Is there a way to schedule the start and end times for the operation based on the lead time loaded in Supplier For Purchase Part (for the OS part number)?Additional question, if the confirmed delivery date of the outside service purchase order is later or earlier than the scheduled time, can the scheduled operation reflect that change?Ty!
Hello All, In the creation of functional role and end user roles in the permission sets, I granted all access to the projection CustomerOrderHandling to a functional role and then to an end user role. So I configurated the permission sets correctly, but after creating a customer order and adding a sales part with its quantity, I want to release the customer order but i get this message of permissions! Do you have an idea please about what could be the problem? thanks

We are upgrading from FSM 5.5 to 6U27 so a big jump. We have noticed the date format required for import export is in the form below in 6U27 with the T character.In FSM 5.5, import export uses standard SQL date/time format.I can work around this using the below when preparing data however is there any option to use standard date time formats in the Import Export tool? The database holds the data without the ‘T’ so strange that the import export tool uses it. select product_id, CONVERT(VARCHAR(50), user_def_dttm1, 127) from product
Hi IFSPlease find a scenario.Current Day/Day 0 = Engineer is non-working.Next Day/Day 1 = Engineer having working shiftTask allocated to Day 1. Customers are raising concerns that the field engineers are getting disturbed on non-working day. So what are the options to stop task auto dispatch from Day 0 to Day 1? Once the task get dispatched, it should be immediately get attended and sometimes the engineer will miss to check this task, leading to SLA breach and high penalties.Note:Next day commit is enabled and it is needed as well. Because if Day 0 and Day 1 are working for the engineer then next day commit should work. Thanks,Jagath
