My customer can view IFS Community topics but doesn’t have permission to create a new topic. What do they need to do to get the ability to create a new topic?

Hello,Since UPD20 the ‘Object Details…’ RMB menu on the Non-Conformance Report: ‘Connected to’ tab has changed from opening the Shop Order form to Shop Order(s) table. I’ve compared logs from pre UPD20 and it calls the customisation as the first action on the RMB:The RMB after UPD20 appears to ignore any customisations:Is there a way to return the ‘Object Details...’ menu option to the previous way of working?Thanks
We are using IFS FSM Mobile App, completely baseline, version 6u24. The screen in question is DebriefTaskSteps, which is set up as a “List with Checkbox” screen type. I noticed that on the DebriefTaskSteps screen, which shows a list of steps to be completed, the validations around “completing” a step are missing. Example; when you have a step that is set to “Signature Required”, in the DebriefTaskStep (not plural) screen, you cannot complete that Step unless you add the signature. In the checklist screen (DebriefTaskSteps), you can simple check it, even without a signature, it allows you, no questions asked. I am looking for a way to add conditions to the checkboxes on the List screen. read-only until certain parameters are completed (attachments / notes / signatures) invisible unti certain parameters are completed.if the above cannot be done; can we somehow remove the checkbox on that screen altogether, forcing the tech to open the step detail (TaskDebriefStep) and complet
Hi All,We are facing issue in viewing custom fields for one user only. In his personal profile he is not able to see all the custom fields but the other users can see it. We have selected “Included Custom fields” and also in layout selected enable fields from data source also. Do we need to manually drag and drop the fields. Thanks,Pushpa S

Hello, We are currently facing an issue where lobbies are set to not auto update. When changing this field and setting lobbies to update based off an interval (300 seconds for example) when saving these changes, the lobby does not actually auto update, it reverts its settings back to auto update being turned off. What’s even more odd is that the interval value saves from the last change, so if it’s default value when turned on is 600 seconds, you turn the field on and change it to 300, then save. When reloading, the field is off but it still retains the 300 seconds when you turn it back on, so there is something being saved… just not the value for auto refresh... Has anyone else experienced this before? Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
I have customised an entity and added new column. I am not understanding what is the root cause of this error. I do not get the same error for CHoldExpirationDate field.
We hear often about the difficulty for staff in navigating a robust (even if easily searched) Service Catalog between the various customer groups we support. As a healthcare organization servicing both clinical and non-clinical staff, we hear often about the lack of time nurses or providers on the floor have to spend in the catalog. Given the size and variety of what's on offer I can sympathize.Has anyone come up with unique service catalogs for specific customer groups using the Query Profiles or unique homepages for each given that functionality in more recent releases? How did you accomplish or manage this? Looking for some ideas on how to potentially solve this issue.
Can you manually change the rate on a customer invoice (CUSTORDDEB or COADVDEB)? It does not look like it is possible. My question is why the “Currency rate” field is greyed out when the invoice is in Preliminary status? Is there a config somewhere that is blocking that field? Is that standard way in IFS 10? It seems like you need to create a currency rate correction (does not work for COADVDEB) and it creates 2 additionnel invoices, one to reverse the original invoice and a second one to recorded a new invoice with the correct rate. Is there a easier way than that?
Hi,The system is firing the below error message when I try to acknowledge the payment order which consists of a non-supplier payment. As per the error message, it is requesting to use the mixed payment screen instead. However as per the IFS online documentation, the ‘automatic supplier payment on file’ activity diagram shows that non-supplier payments can be done using payment orders. It doesn’t mention anything about using mixed payment screen for non-supplier payments.The IFS version I am using is Apps 10 upd 15. Appreciate if anyone could share your thoughts on this and advise how I should go about with processing non-supplier payments. Thank you!

Why won’t a new price automatically pull through if a change order has been processed to update a new price? For example, invoice is in query because it is short of £500 - the purchase requistioner updates the PO to reflect new price, but to clear the invoice we have to manually go to the posting proposal and ‘pull in’ PO/receipts again, despite having a scheduled job to run to check for new receipts?
Feb 9th 2024, 10.30 am. I can still login to Service Center, but this morning, once I have done that, if I select All Cases from the drop down, I just get an empty screen with a red information message across the top of the screen. Also if I try to report an issue, I end up on that same screen. Have tried clearing browser cache and logging in again, but no luck. How do I request that someone checks the access for my Portal account? It was fine yesterday. What I see. If I go to Cases - All Cases, just get the same empty screen again.Thanks

When I try to upload a file with activated Arena Agent in Chrome, I am getting the following error: When I disable the plugin and do the upload without Aurena Agent, it works fine. I observed this issue in IFS Cloud 23.2.1. In older versions it worked fine as far as I can remember.I can reproduce the issue also on other PCs. Not able to sync the some fields and status of the work task instantly after update without initializing. Hi Community, When I am trying to update the PO from my POCO, I get this error below. Can someone help me with this? I have a supplier agreement and when I checked, I see the payment term is the same as in the supplier agreement and the POCO and the PO. Can’t figure out what is causing this error.
