Is there any solution for keeping record of every required equipment in all job files regardless status in one overview? Defect is that its specific record is written to simple text field without any connection to unit database or warehouse. In my opinion it could be great to control also validity periods or intervals between periodic handovers.

@Branislav.D I see you posted this in the HCM forum, but from what I read probably you refer to jobs as Work Orders, right? Then I guess it has nothing to do with HCM / Employees.
In IFS Cloud you have the below screen where you can see all the tool/equpment demands for different work tasks. You can even check them out so they are not available for other processes/tasks until being checked-in again.

There could be some differences between each other. While HCM admin's point of view is e.g. everything for safety (such as gloves, helmet, shoes etc.) or smartphone/laptop for salesperson, maintenance approach to tools and equipment covers necessities for maintenance (hammer, welder, sharpener and so on).
I agree that border line between both windows is sometimes hard to define, though it will be helpful to connect it to separate list of values in HCM module.
