Active Work order search Link for reports

Hi, I am trying to create a link for a report that automatically links to IFS and opens any active work orders for the area/equipment that i select.I have tried brining up the search on IFS and emailing a link to myself but that only links the work orders on screen at the time. I don't do script so I have no idea how to adjust this so it searches for all active work orders whether new or existing.I have tried using the address bar at the top of the screen, hyperlinking and a cut and paste but to no avail.

Shop Orders Material Planning

We use the shop orders material planning (SOMP) screen to quickly identify shop order shortages. We do not want consider material available until is has completed QA inspection and is approved for use. We currently use the availability control ID field to identify when material is waiting for inspection, approved or rejected. We are running into an issue where materials are received and awaiting QA inspection but the SMOP screen shows the material as available to use. We want the material to show as on hand but not available which then triggers the SMOP to call it out as a shortage. We tried setting the awaiting QA inspection availability control id status to non-nettable but that caused MRP to drive additional purchases for the materials that were just received. Is there an inventory status that can be used that recognizes the material as on hand but not available? Or has anyone else run in to this issue and found another way to easily identify material shortages due to awaiting

Orderless RMA Preposting

HII have a project where we use the Customer Order Prepostings to derive a code part. Long story but we cannot use posting controls or code string completion for this code part.Everything is fine except for Orderless RMA Credit Invoices. I don’t seem able to add prepostings onto the RMA and of course there is no connected customer order. This pushes the invoice postings into error because the code part is mandatory.Any ideas gratefully received.

IFS TAS Configuration Issue for Apps 10 UPD8

Hi,We recently installed UPD8 and trying to reconfigure TouchApps Server using the newly generated TAS install files for a test instance and running into this error: The error doesn’t pop up when we use App Owner credentials but IFS documentation recommends using IFSMOBILITY user not App Owner.The IFSMOBILITY user is unlocked and we can connect to the DB directly using the same credentials.Any reason why the TAS installer isn't accepting IFSMOBILITY credentials so we can move forward with the install?

delivery address on po line needs to be the same as the header delivery address

When creating centralized po, the demand site on the po line is different than the header delivery address. The problem we have is that as soon as the demand site changes the line delivery address changes to match the demand site. For tax reasons, we need the line delivery address to match the header delivery address. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to accomplish this requirement?Thanks in advance

Inventory Part Status - Default option

How do you set the default inventory part status in Aurena? I could not find the option in APPS10 Update 10 (I finally made the change in IE). I looked in IFS Cloud and also did not see the option.

Purchase Authorisation Acknowledger

Dear community. I would like to use the Purchase Authorisation Acknowledger Authorisation role to allow certain levels of users to acknowledge a Purchase Req but with no financial limit. I may be mistaken but there appears to be very little documentation on how the Authorisation Role functionality works. When i have tried i get an error indication there are not enough steps to authorise the PR, but i just want an acknowledgement. Does anyone have any experience with this or any documentation ? Performance issue in the project connections window

Bonjour,nous avons développé un onglet personnalisé dans la Commande, afin de ventiler le montant de la commande en fonction des termes contractuels de paiement (10% à la commande, 30% à mi- délai, etc..). Je souhaiterais faire la somme des montants de ces lignes afin de vérifier que la somme coïncide avec le montant total de la commande, dans l’onglet “lignes de commande”. Merci!

Hi In one of our development enviroment some exe files are not digitally signed. I compared it with another environments where it does. How can I enforce digitally signature for example on Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.exe file which is created every AutoBuilder run?

Project Gantt Dependencies - "Schedule" overwrites start dates

Have any other users of the system been able to find a work around with Gantt dependencies when using the scheduler? Our PMs are getting frustrated because they spend time linking dependencies together and then the only way the schedule button on the Gantt view aligns and considers those dates is to just push everything back to the earliest start date of the entire project. It’s not workable for them, just wondering if any other customers have a smart work around.

No Pre-posting at Purchase order header

We’re using IFS Apps 7.5, V8.0 and V10, and have seen a scenario where there is posting control defined for Purchase order header level . But still when we click pre-posting for PO heaer there is no option to add/option is not highlighted for including Cost centre, FA object, Project, etc as per Code part demand. Note: We are able to add the pre-posting at the line level not in Header level for PO Can someone throw some more lights on this?

Crystal Report XI R2 - Crystal Report is asking for log info

Hello Community, I have an issue all the time when I try to run a crystal report in IFS is asking for log-in information. See Fig 1for details.I read that I need to add ( \ ) for table and (\\) for view. See Fig 2. I already ran the script for Crystal XI R2 to be able to add the InvalidAlias and I was able to rename the tables. See Fig 3. However, when I try to run the report one more time still asking for log in information one more time.What else do I need to do? Please, I need help :-( . FIg1Fig 2Fig 3

Invalid Code Part Demands on Customer Invoice - How to add preposting?

Hi community, I have the case where i have a customer order invoice line that was not preposted correctly but the invoice was created. This causes the invoice to sit in Customer Invoice with Error. I cannot see how i can adjust the preposting on the customer invoice line to correct it as in the Invoice details the preposting on the line is not available for editing. Do i need to add some posting controls to force these through with fixed code parts or is there a way to edit the code part on either the original invoice, or somewhere in the Customer Invoices with Error.
