The CRM Companion on Apps10

Able to login successfully using Database Authentication but the SSO authentication (MFA) is not working.

Do we have any idea if MFA will be enabled for CRM Companion 10 in future or Are there any plans for IFS Aurena (Native) CRM Companion?

Hi,

I believe SSO is supported for both RTM and the aurena native touchapps. Please refer the following F1 documents :

if you have done all the configurations as per below documents please let us know what is the error you are getting when SSO is enabled.

I have added two environments in TAS Admin screen.
a.  TEST - which is using Azure-AD Authentication
b.  DEV   - which is using Database Authentication

Verified the URI for TAS RTM Apps and Aurena Native Apps are added in the Azure-AD.

DEV environment - using database Authentication.
1. Launch CRM Companion 10 RTM App
2. provide the DEV system-Id and TAS URL
3. Provide AppOwner Credentials - login successful.

TEST environment - Azure-AD Authentication
1. Added all  RTM and Azure Native TAS App URIs in the Azure AD.
2. Log into the TAS Admin successfully using Azure-AD credentials.
3. Enable RTM dlls under configuration option.
4. Launch IFS Apps10 Account Manger on the mobile device and Login using Azure-AD credentials.
5. Launch RTM App. Scan-It and Notify-Me; connected successfully using Account Manager login.
6. Login successful on Aurena Native IFS Aurena Scan-It and IFS Aurena Notify-me using Azure-AD credentials.

Issue - RTM App CRM companion. Azure-AD login
1. launch the CRM Companion 10 App and provide the system-id and TAS URL
2. Type in the Azure-AD credentials and MFA
3. The CRM Apps goes back to the next login screen instead. (very strange)

My test Conclusion:
The CRM Companion is working with Database Authentication but fails with Azure-AD authentication.
