Hello, if there a way to create a lobby which list queries consuming lot of resources ! because Some non-optimized queries can be resource-intensive and also cause significant downturns in the database. because i have sometimes some problems when i try to import permission of 1 mo, i get an error :insufficient system resources Regards.

PowerApps with IFS 10 and CRM

Hi!We are looking into providing a Partner Community in SharePoint that would interact with IFS CRM using CRM access. We would like to create PowerApps in SharePoint that talks with IFS CRM. We have connected the SharePoint user to an IFS user. So the idea is to in the SharePoint page display Apps for Registering Leads, see a list of current leads and so on.Has anyone tried out connecting PowerApps to IFS and have any experience with it? Could be connected to any part of the system.

Customs/Import functionality for India in IFS standard Apps9

Hi All, Is there any solution in standard IFS9 apps for handling import funcitonality as per Indian Custom scenario. Like we have to add Basic custom duty plus social welfare charge and CHA charges on material. And we need IGST tax on Basic material value plus Basic custom duty + social welfare cahrge. I tried to handle it through charge type but some issues are there. Is there any standard solution for this? Please suggest Regards Sandeep Kumar

Presenting Survey Answers on mWO Maintenance 10

Has anyone of you come with the above required?I would really appreciate any ideas thrown here, to get the survey answers visible on the mobile device.Background: Customer is using Apps 10 Upd 8. Data needs to be viewed Offline due to poor network in regional sites. MWO Maintenance 10 is used by technicians.Work Tasks are dispatched to service technicians, who fill out a survey. Data is capture in regards to the work location they are in (these work locations are defined as Equipment Object). The data captured in the survey is Equipment Object. Hereafter this data needs to be presented against the Equipment Object so future Work Tasks dispatched for other Service Technicians for the above Equipment Object shows the survey results.Ex: Tech 1 receives Work Task and goes to a Street (Equipment Object of the Work Task) and identifies several information in regards to the Street. This information is fed in to the system as a survey (15 questions with drop downs, and multi select answers etc

When going to the web-based administration site for Touch Apps for one of our instances, we are unable to login. The error seems obvious - remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. But multiple people have looked at the cert and it all looks good. Maybe we’re missing something. Does anyone have any tips on checking the cert? Has anyone else gotten this when it isn’t the cert? We’ve had no issue with our other instances, so it’s not as if we haven’t been through a cert install, etc., before.

IFS Time Clocking

Hi, Community, Need your expertise on HR clocking , Shop floor workbench clocking and more.We are acquired by our parent company year ago, and the parent company is starting the standardize program, standardize the time clocking system. we are on APP10(upgraded from APP8 at technical level only), never use time clocking system before. Parent company’s expectation is to have everyone of the company using time clocking via IFS, plus we have lots of contractor working on production line, they also need manufacturing clocking to get the payment. your feedback is very much appreciated. Pulling JSON Data in FSM

Hi, Is there a way in FSM to connect to External API and pull JSON data back into FSM to create/update records in FSM? I was able to pull XML data but not JSON because we do not have a JSONInboundConnector. Is this not possible in FSM? Thanks,Dananjaya

Issues in Custom field

I am trying to set up a custom field that is a checkbox which is going to be true if all the checkboxes are true at line level below or it wont get checked in the checkbox if even one of the values at line level has the checkbox unticked(due to line level logic) I tried to set that field as a read only field and wrote below script ( I am using using select statement as Implementation type) - select CASE WHEN((select count(CF$_TEST) from PART_AVAIL_STRUC1931493261_CFV J WHERE CF$_TEST = 'False' AND J.TOP_CONTRACT = :TOP_CONTRACT AND J.TOP_PART_NO = :TOP_PART_NO) > 0) THEN 'FALSE' ELSE 'TRUE' END FROM DUAL Now when I finish the process by selecting field type as enumeration and boolean where enumeration is FndBoolean I get the attached error Can somebody help me understand, where is the issue what I might be doing wrong ?

Import / Export Feature in FSM Webclient

FSM Webclient does not have the feature for import / export. Unfortunately because of cybersecurity reasons, users cannot be given access to smart client.Is there an alternative to handle import feature via Webclient.Also, is there any roadmap as when will this feature be added as part of future releases?

Is there a way to filter by customer or shop order on the Manual Reservation screen?

When manually reserving a serial object, it would be beneficial to filter by the customer or shop order to identify the finished goods from a specific shop order. This would be helpful when a shop order has a large quantity of finished goods (i.e. serial parts) so it is too cumbersome to filter by serial number. And if there is another shop order with the same part and config ID, it is impossible to tell which serial parts belong to which shop order. Suggestions please?

Reference design error

Hello everyone , Using app10 revision 10.I create 2 new Lu.One of the Lu (Y) uses a reference association to the the other one (X)I then added a persistant reference Custom field in the customer order line to the LU define here as ‘Y’.When trying to delete the Customer order line i get a reference design error: I changed the association delete Delete behavior = NoCheck without any result.I tried to refresh Dictionary/reference cache without any sucess .I Deleted the custom field and the error is still present.I was able to create the same scenario with Quotation line without any issue. Any idea where to start identifying the error here ?

Credit check At functions

Good morning, I am new to IFS and am trying to find more definition/clarification on the “Credit check At” function.For instance ,which stage on the life of an order does the credit check trigger? I understand the format for the below, and stage 1 is when an order is initially placed and released/confirmed, the system will credit check on limit etc. it is stage 2 i am unclear on. Is this to trigger a credit check when the order is going to be placed into production, so prior to the manufacture of the order or after the actual order is made? is it when we would be allocating materials to that particular order. Fixed currency rate contract with bank

My customer has hedge contracts with the bank.The accounting currency being SEK and their main purchase currency being USD they safeguard themselves against currency rate fluctuations by frequently securing different USD amounts at negotiated rates with their bank. These contracts are for a settled total amount and has an end date. They have overlapping time intervals, a new contract is made before the previous is ended.The result being that when they pay suppliler invoices they use these different contracts to ensure the best possible rate for every payment. Not a problem, but:...as the amount on one contract runs out one supplier invoice payment may be based on amounts from two different fixed rate contracts, One part of the payment is at one currency rate and the remaining amount is paid at another rate.This is a fairly common issue - how do IFS customers usually handle this?
