Hi, I am trying to create a link for a report that automatically links to IFS and opens any active work orders for the area/equipment that i select.

I have tried brining up the search on IFS and emailing a link to myself but that only links the work orders on screen at the time. I don't do script so I have no idea how to adjust this so it searches for all active work orders whether new or existing.

I have tried using the address bar at the top of the screen, hyperlinking and a cut and paste but to no avail.

If this is for IEE I think the technical documentation has a quite good section on how to create search links like the one you want. Which screen exactly do you want the search to happen in, and on what field should the search be done?
