ContextI am asking from the context of a multi-server environment, with several assystEnterprise servers, each running in their separate windows VMs, with a load balanced URL facing our users, and our technicians. I am trying to address some issues in regards to the %JBOSS_HOME%/standalone/log/server.log and how the logging of certain normal or foreseeable events caused by our users or IT-staff causes massive entries in the server.log. Having the added noise of errors from normal and foreseeable behavior in the main log file adds extra complexity and increases the time spent noticing patterns and determining the cause of reported issues. wo creation from Design Object with multiple tasks.

I need some help regarding a flow. we have 3 Design objects as below, where PIPE01 and PIPE 02 are connected to a parent design object called "FAB_PIPE-PACKAGE". so those are still in Design object as status Under Design. PIPE01 and PIPE 02 has materials connected as SPOOL 1 and SPOOL2 as additional parts (and I want them to be added in work task as material demands.) Now I need to create a work order and send to b2b portal. can we create a one wo for parent design object and add 2 tasks for child design objects each PIPE01 and PIPE02 and then can we get materials in to each work task as SPOOL1 and SPOOL 2 ? The expectation is to handle the work tasks through b2b portal after tender is approved..Design Object status- Under design (can we handle this flow from that status?)Need work tasks for each PIPE01 and PIPE02.what is the best solution for the above scenario.

What if some of an Entity's Attributes are missing from Page Designer?

Hi Community! If I open up Page Designer on the Business Activities page (shown below) and look for Attributes on the BusinessActivity entity, some seem to be missing. These “missing attributes” fall into two categories:There are attributes that exist on the Entity but don’t display as options on the Page Designer, such as DateEntered. It’s possible to see DateEntered on the Query Designer so you know it’s there; you just can’t see displayed on the drop-down list of available Attributes it on the Page Designer. There are also attributes that must surely exist in the database somewhere, but don’t even display on the Query Designer. For example, the identity of the user that created the Business Activity. You can see the identity of the Main Representative of the Customer Account but you can’t see the user who added the record. In some cases, they might be different, no?Can anybody advise if there’s a way to display an attribute in category 1 that is present on the Entity but absent on

Work Order Planning Gantt - custom fields

Can work Order Planning gantt in IFS Cloud 24R1 be enriched with custom fields?I have a requirement where work order planners need to plan and schedule work orders based on Equipment Object groups. Object group is not visible in the gantt view, so my intention was to add it as a custom field with page designer. However there is no list of attributes in the page designer.

IFS Cloud (HCM Module) Approval Structure

I have established a position hierarchy in the IFS Cloud HCM module, consisting of Senior Manager, Line Manager, and Field Technician. In each organizational unit, the Line Manager can approve or authorize time cards and expenses for Field Technicians, while the Senior Manager can approve those for Line Managers and Field Technicians.Currently, I have ten organizational units, each with a Senior Manager at the top. This has raised concerns regarding the approval process for these Senior Managers.Here are my questions:Who can approve their time cards and expenses? Can we implement self-approval for them? Can one General Manager position approve time cards for all Senior Managers across different organizational units?What will be best way to handle this situation?A detailed answer or guide to any document will be highly appreciated.

CTO part when Supply Code is Invent Order

Hi Community,When a CTO part is to be delivered from inventory, supply code is Invent Order and part is reserved by selecting Configuration and Find Existing. However, if Project is connected to the order line before reservation, it’s not possible to reserve. If reserved first, it’s not possible to connect to Project.Have tested by connecting and not connecting the part to Project under Inventory Part in Stock. Have also tested by selecting other supply codes like Project Inventory and Project Deliverables.Does anyone know if there is a way to do this?

How can I select a different QR Code Reader in IFS FSM6u16 Mobile?

In IFS FSM6u16, We would like to use a QR Code ScannerWhen adding a Note - Holding down offers the option to “Scan Barcode”This then asks the user to “Install Barcode Scannner” from Goodle Play Selecting “Yes” results in Google Play Reporting that the App is not compatible with this version of Android. How can we install an alternative BarCode \ QR Scanning app, or work around this? Thanks,

IFS6u16 FSM Mobile Design will not stay 'Published'

Hi,As title suggests, when i Publish the mobile design on the tablet, it goes to ‘Published’, but when i reintitialise then tablet it reverts back to ‘Pending’. However, on the FSM Smart Client, it remains ‘Published’ but if i assign the design ID to me, and reinitialise my tablet it reverts back to the last published design. If i ‘Publish’ the design again on the tablet and create a new revision (rev 8 now) and publish that straight away, then the FSM Smart Client shows that new published revision, but if i reinitialise my tablet, Rev 7 (the one that wouldnt stay published) goes back to pending and Rev 8 does not appear at all, yet still appears as published (along with Rev 7) on the FSM Smart Client. Any suggestions? Thanks

Change of file location

Hello,I have a question about documents uploaded in addition to IFS. The file where the documents are kept works with FTP. There is a single file path and it saves the document in a single place without separating the class.With the change of all servers in the company, IFS, FTP etc. servers also changed. The structure we want to create on the new servers is to give different file locations for file classes and save each file in the file location of the relevant class. We can do this scenario.My main problem is that all document classes are in a single path and in the H2 pool on the old server. What I want to do is to be able to view the relevant documents on the old server from the new folder created for the relevant class on the new server.What I really want is to be able to access the documents saved on the old server from the file I opened on the new server.How can I achieve this without making any updates from the database or by updating in a healthy way?

Hi, We had issue with constantly restarting POD ifsapp-connect, which caused a lot of issues in system. For example if our ifsapp-connect had restart our EDI orders was not proceed. We increased number of replicas to 2 and for now it seems all okay, but when I monitor our environment I can see that there are restart also but without any issues for example with EDI. For now I have questions:Why is it caused that those pods are still restarting? If POD has been restarted we should delete it and let it get up again? How we can see what happening and what is the cause of restart on this certain pod?

Not able to mark Paid for the Non-Reimbursable Expenses

I don't see any way to mark the Non reimbursable expense sheets as paid. If we do Payment in full, only I can see reimbursable expenses to mark them as paid. No non reimbursable expenses are appearing on Employee Payments to mark them as paidCan anyone please suggest how to mark Non reimbursable expense sheets as paid.

Unable to view documents on WO

User with set of permissions is not able to view the documents(do not get eye icon as shown below) but when we try with same set of permissions on other user, he is able to see eye icon, why is it so ? Is it driven on some other accesses ? Person facing issues is added in the person groups already.
