I need some help regarding a flow. we have 3 Design objects as below, where PIPE01 and PIPE 02 are connected to a parent design object called "FAB_PIPE-PACKAGE". so those are still in Design object as status Under Design. PIPE01 and PIPE 02 has materials connected as SPOOL 1 and SPOOL2 as additional parts (and I want them to be added in work task as material demands.)   Now I need to create a work order and send to b2b portal. can we create a one wo for parent design object and add 2 tasks for child design objects each PIPE01 and PIPE02 and then can we get materials in to each work task as SPOOL1 and SPOOL 2 ?

 

The expectation is to handle the work tasks through b2b portal after tender is approved..

Design Object status- Under design (can we handle this flow from that status?)

Need work tasks for each PIPE01 and PIPE02.

what is the best solution for the above scenario.

 

Hello Indika, this is not supported in the core solution. It is just a single WO created from the design end. However, it should be possible to manage it by introducing a simple custom event(BPA flow) in between.

Thank you very much for the reply @Mayura Wasantha. I Will investigate How to solve by BPA. Heard this can be Done by project deliverables insead of using asset design as well. We are looking for the best solution to map for the customer requirement. Thank you
