Hi all,Is there a way to control the ordering of the layers in the schedule board? Our calendar exceptions are often obscured by the standard shift, making scheduling errors very likely. The ordering now changes from time to time, from load to load, and from scroll position to scroll position.How can this be controlled / configured? Hi all, Is there a page in IFS Apps 10 which enables the user to view all the items with independent demand (Proj. Misc) against it? As it stands, demand is released for each project, so if we wish to review the required date for product/end-item it needs to be done in isolation. Is there a way we can view the top-level of a plan so we can make macro decisions about what entire products to push out in exchange for others? thanks,Jay

Hello IFS Community,In our IFS 8 Production Environment, we somehow exceeded our license limit of 448 (screenshot below). This resulted in all users being kicked out of IFS. To fix it we logged in as App Owner and deactivated 1 license so that we were no longer exceeding the limit. My question is: IFS prevents you from activating a new account if it would exceed the license limit… so how could this have happened? I have never seen this before. Thank you very much for your help!
Hello, is there any way to add search prompts for read-only custom fields? I’d like it to work for many different custom fields as in f.e. system field ‘form of business’ - when I write first letters, it prompts available values. Is it possible?

Hi everyone, I have a problem. I want to migrate some PM Settings with the worklist included in one Migration job When I execute the Migration Job, i receive a error message. the PM_NO is missing. The first seqeunce, that generate the PM setting is executed successfully. Currently I don’t know why the second sequence failed. The message is clear but from my point of view i have the PM_NO because the the first sequence was successful. Maybe somebody can give me a hint what i doing wrong

We have a scheduled database task that runs every 2 minutes, processing Purchase Orders. We have been getting Background Job Errors on the weekend, as we only have 1 Day Type for Weekday. We created a Weekend Day Type in our TST system, and the background job errors went away. My team wanted us to ask the community of any additional considerations of having a weekend Day Type, that we need to consider if we create a Weekend Day Type in Production?

Case Management - Comments field capped to 4000 character is impairing use of case management. Cases updates and progression are logged in commentary and system does not have any other area where logging and display case updates and history. Case Management Journal is not an option to solve this.
Hi. We are using IFS10. I am trying to understand the cashflow forecasting tool. Is there a user guide as to the information selected and where it comes from? In particular I am looking at the ‘event date’. We have some open authorised Purchase orders that have been released, showing as cash flow forecast status 4, cash flow type IFS_PURORD, the planned/wanted/promise dates/delivery dates are all in the future (March/April/August 2024 and beyond) however the event date is pulling back as this week and therefore the slot date is this week . Does this report also take into account payment terms on supplier accounts? ie age when the cash will be due for payment based on the terms agreed with the supplier and showing against the supplier account. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I’m trying to generate a supplier payment but keep getting an error saying Cash Account DISBURSE (our disbursement account) is not available in Payment Institute Bank. However, when I go to payment institute I can see it listed as an option. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this?
Hello everyone, I am attempting to install the Demand Plan Client on both Windows 11 Pro and Windows 10 Pro editions. I’ve downloaded the latest setup.exe that I’ve been able to find however after installation on both machines I receive the code ForecastClient.exe System Error. *The code execution cannot proceed because libssl-1_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem. * The thing is I have reinstalled and restarted before opening the Demand Plan Client (DPC), I’ve tried repairing using the setup.exe and have been painstakingly searching for hours upon hours for a solution. I’ve reached out to support and it’s been days and haven’t received a response. Has anyone else ran into this problem? If so were to able to overcome it? And if so how did you do it? Steps in getting this to work would be greatly appreciated.
Hello,Using BPA, can we start and end the resource break in mWO Service?I’ve created a Projection in BPA to call the ‘ResourceAvailBreak_StartBreak():Void’ function. When I debug the workflow, it does not evaluate and stops before this process. Is there any other approach through which we can start/end breaks for the service resource? Please suggest. Hey everyone!Our company is experiencing an issue when sending customer invoices from our Italian office to Pagero. In a nutshell, this is what happens:Invoice will not load successfully in Pagero if any of the following are present Discount on the customer order line A charge exists on the Charges tab on the Customer Order (Freight, etc.) If the invoice does not contain either of those, Pagero will load the invoice with no problemIn the past, our Italian office has engaged with IFS and Pagero to attempt to fix this. Unfortunately, a fix was never discovered. This seems to be an issue with the XML from IFS being formatted improperly for what Pagero is expecting from an incoming customer invoice. IFS has sent deliveries in the past to address this but again, not luck. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and if so, any tips or tricks on how to resolve this? Thanks!
Hello We have a handful of custom attributes on our BusinessOpportunity entity and we would like to show them on the Customer Order screen for an order that was created from a Business Opportunity. The process as i understand it to add those fields to the Customer Order page is: Add the BusinessOpportunity entity to the CustomerOrderHandling projection Create an entity Association and connect the parent/child relationship. Create the group of fields on the Customer Order and create a binding to connect the CustomerOrderSelector to the entity associationHowever, when I try to add the BusinessOpportunity entity to the CustomerOrderHandling projection, it doesn’t appear in the available entities. Which made me assume that the two entities are already connected by default, so I tried to add the custom fields to the layout and they are available. However they do not populate any data. My assumption is that this is because they are not being bound to the business opportunity, but I cant crea

Hi Experts We have a customer that is using SSO. They can log into FSM ok, but when they try and jump over to PSO, they get the login screen. I can see in Audits that the login is there and enabled: But they can’t login to PSO, anyone have any experience of this ? Cheers

Hi All,Screen name: Service and Maintenance > Equipment > Measurements > Measurement for ObjectThere was an error while executing the meter change. Say for example The ‘Total value’ is entered as 30000 on an old meter in place of 3000. We can see there is no option to mark it as an incorrect reading which is available for the regular Recorded Readings. What are the options to correct it?
