Hello,

I am facing a error in Count Result per count report screen when i try to Approve or cancel.

Attched sreenshot of the Error. Error:N/A

Why i am facing this issue ?

Do you have any test customisation against this area that could be showing this error?

As per understanding the error may be due to missing or incomplete configuration for the site, inventory part, or counting rules, such as difference percentage or thresholds. Additionally, ensure proper permissions are in place for approving or canceling the count, as insufficient user roles may block modification of count results. Lastly, a data validation issue could be triggering the system to flag the operation as invalid, with "N/A" being returned due to an unhandled exception.

    As we can see, there are two valid opinions highlighted here. If it is due to customization then it needs to be handled by customization project itself. If it is due to an unhandled exception in a core version, then please report as a support issue.
