Hi All, 

I have issue with event builder as following:
 


However, when I submit a new service and select the item in the picture, the assigned SD does not change to what I need.


Please, if you have a suggestion, let me know.

The Assigned Service Department will defaults to the value from the Event Builder when a matching event builder instance is found, and that Event Builder instance has a value otherwise it defaults to the value from the Offering (Service Catalog Event Logging in the assyst Portal or Self-Service Portal) or from the Import Profile (Support Logging in the Self-Service Portal).
