What would cause the Structure default not populate on a shop order?
Is it possible to link multiple work orders to a parent work order at one time? Instead of having to link them one at a time?
When the status of a parent work order is changed there is a prompt to change the status of all the child work orders. Is it possible to update other data on the parent work order that could then be applied to the child work orders as well? For example, if you enter an Actual Finish Date on the parent work order, is there a way for that date to be populated on the child work orders?
What could be the cause of a failed transaction that says “Application disabled on this device” for a MWO user?

We have a work order with a material posting that was transferred to a customer order. The customer order has been invoiced. We now need to create a credit from the posting. But when I access the Transfer of Work Order Lines to Customer Order screen, and right-click on the line, the menu option Credit Invoiced Line is greyed out.Any ideas as to why? Is there a way to make the height of an Element smaller than “1”? Right now the Size options are limited to a height of “1” or “2” (ex: 4 x 1; 2 x 2). We want to display a single line of text and do not need the Element size to be so large. Suggestions are appreciated.
Can you create a count report to count a range of parts instead of creating a count report for one part at a time in Cloud?
My understanding is the Part Availability Controls are used to control the following actions related to a a specific part in a specific location:If the part can be automatically reserved or issued from that location If the part can be manually reserved or issued from that location If the part can be moved between locationsIf the part in that location cannot be manually or automatically reserved and issued, is the part even visible in stock for the location? Or is the part “hidden”?
We created a sales part from an inventory part. Then created a purchase part manually and not from the inventory part. So the purchase part and sales part are not “connected.” Is there a way to connect them after they are created?
What causes the following error message? How do we prevent receiving it? We receive this message when there is only one person updating the record. Never when there is more than one user editing it at the same time.

Scenario:Customer signature is obtained for a work order in the mobile app. The work order is then transferred back to IFS. How can the signature be viewed on the work order in IFS? There is a right click menu for customer signature in the work order in IFS but it is disabled for all of our work orders.

We have postings from 4 different work orders that were transferred to the same customer order as order lines. On the work order, the 4 postings have a Cost Type of “Fixed Price”; Status of “Transferred”; Booking Status of “Authorized”; and CSS Type of “Posted”. The 4 connected customer order lines have a Supply Code of “Service Order” and a Demand Code of “Work Order”. These 4 lines were included in the same invoice created from the customer order. A freight charge was included in the invoice that shouldn’t have been so the invoice was cancelled and the status of the 4 customer order lines was changed back to “Delivered.” The incorrect charge on the customer order was corrected. However, the system will not allows us to create a new invoice for the 4 lines and the corrected freight charge on the customer order. In addition, we are unable to:Undo the Delivery of the 4 lines on the customer order because the system will not allow order lines with a Supply Code of “Service Order” to be
We are trying to determine if we need to populate the Destination Warehouse on intersite PO lines. We always populate the Location No used to deliver the parts from an intersite customer order. The reason we are wanting to leave the Destination Warehouse “blank” is so that it doesn’t override the delivery address on the line. Any feedback is appreciated. we are using IFS 9
We are using Apps 9.ScenarioWe have a customer order line connected to a negative charge line. The customer order line has two staged billing lines. An invoice was created for one of the staged billing lines. That invoice includes the negative charge line. The customer order line has been reserved and picked.IssueWhen trying to deliver the customer order line, we receive a message that Negative amounts are not allowed.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to deliver this line? We are unable to disconnect the negative charge line from the customer order line because the order line has been partially invoiced. Or, does anyone have any suggested work arounds to resolve?
