We have maintenance work orders created with no operations or allocations. When they are transferred to MWO to a pool, the work orders are showing in the mobile app as allocated .

 

How/why does that happen?

I believe it’s just a way to get the work order across to multiple devices. Can you accept it and work on it, or does it stop you from doing work?
