Is there a process to get the system populated with example, demo, or dummy data?We are new to IFS Cloud, and will be starting our implementation process with our partner soon. However, we would like to be able to see what a basic setup would look like.Our prior ERP system had an example database which had the minimal setup with some dummy transactions. This was helpful in exploring functionality not implemented and was helpful to the development process.
Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State. Values on Config file Anyone who have experienced this issue before?Thanks, Nishanth
INVENTORY_PART_UNIT_COST isn’t available to search for in DMM and when I try to add it, I get “The View You entered is not a valid view”. Is this a bug or are we supposed to use a different view for migrating unit costs?

Hi,I have created a quick report, and it is working fine except i have the issue with the column alignment. I need to set the columns with amount to the right.Also formatting of ,00 needs to be like 0,00.Diff sal amount and diff net amount are the columns added by me in the quick report.

We are using IFS cloud version 23R.1.8. Goal to solve: I want to set-up a storage at the production line with the most commonly used materials (eg. screws, bolts, washers). I will use real time consumption to decrease the stock-levels at the production storage. Once the level of material is below a certain point I want to automatically get more material from our main storage. Therefore I have set my eyes on using Kanban Circuits to solve this with signal type Automatic (Reorder Point).Problem:I have successfully created a Kanban Circuit in our test environment (which has production data), activated it and made a replenishment using “Kanban Reorder Point Request”. A Transport Task (TT) of the needed quantity is created automatically, so far so good.My problem is that the reserved articles are not placed on a new TT but on a closed TT from 2020. I have tried different locations and get the same issue, but it varies on which existing TT it places the material on. It never creates a new TT

We are trying to make our Functional Object ID (aka mch_code) be an auto incremented field. Does anyone know how to do this or if it is at all possible? Maybe with control - datasource or something in Page Designer? I am not having much luck looking for help or examples in existing posts.
Hi AllOur German site need the below setup to comply with a legal requirement there: When issueing material from the Project Navigator, they need to generate a dispatch number and record subcontractor details and the date issued. I have been playing with v11.7 of assyst and uncovered a few minor issues during the DB upgrade in a DEV environment (from v11.3.8), so I am just posting those for your information:The DB upgrade script fails when trying to add the stored procedure RESET_EVENT_HKS, which already exists in our schema.Mitigation: delete the stored procedure before running the upgrade.Long term solution suggestion: Ideally have the upgrade script always drop the stored proc prior to creation.Migration of forms will fail if they have multiple Web Custom Groups with the same label (in design mode), DB upgrade SQL fails with a duplicate error.Mitigation: before the upgrade, change the labels in design mode to make them unique, and then add the proper display label as a customization at the Global-English level.Long term solution suggestion: allow renaming of the label during DB migration to add a suffix, for example: “…_1”, “…_2” etc.

Hi , from 23R1 ,IFS supports to call Workflow from a Custom Command. While, as I tested ,after the workflow executed (eg, changed some value of the Page)the web page doesn’t get refreshed.User have to manually click the “refresh” button to get new value shown. Is there any way to make web page auto freshed? ※I added a “Force Complete” Custom Command to a execute workflow after executed , data is changed , but page not refreshed.
We are utilizing IFS 10 and moving into Aurena. I am looking for the documentation about Maintenance Surveys to document how to set them up and their capabilities. I am also wondering if a survey can be attached to work task steps or task templates I did not see that as part of the workflow configuration yet. How do you allow a tech to save where they are if you are not utilizing MWO? Finally, can surveys be linked or utilize the measurements in IFS?
