@LKACH check following standard lobby elements in ifs cloud application. Go to element designer of that element and refer the data source used there to get an idea. A developer could try to implement similar data source + element. 1.Document Management\My Documents page in ifs cloud, there you will find a lobby element “My Document Approvals”. 2. One last question - however I enable fields like ‘work mobile’ in the configuration assistant and save the configurations (trying reloading configurations too) those newly added fields are not shown. DO you know why? Dear @Asela Munasinghe assign the configuration to all companies (Checkbox in header) or just specific ones (companies tab) Check the validity of the configuration ID “New Employee” should be selected as type Checkbox “Enabled” should be selected ( you can check the layout in layout tab)

Hi @LKACH, A few things to check: Have you set up a Time Registration time base for the employee? This can be done in the Time Registration Employee Time Base screen. Unless you use clocking terminals, ‘Job Hour Controlled’ is typically the option to go for. Does the logged on user have HR Access to the employee? Can you see the employee info in other pages? You may also want to check that the Project option is set to Active in the Time Registration Aware Modules (I suspect this is not related to the issue you are seeing, but still good to verify this). Hi Linda,The settings for the "New Employment" wizard are defined in the configuration, example LIGHT.In Apps9 you can change (remove) the wizard steps and other field settings according to your requirements in “HR Assistant Configration” page… I think it is the same in Cloud maybe with another page name as I dont have access at the moment to it. 😀 The nice thing about the assistant is that you are guided and don't have to work your way through the "Employee" page manually. The shop order status will switch to “closed” and you can reopen if necessary.It works with Non-DOP-Orders for sure..I hope the same applies to DOP. Demand/inventory planning for this part should be checked.

A few follow-up questions/clarifications on bullet 3 & 4: Since the IFS pricing does not go down the addess level of a customer, this is a hard one. How is a customer with several regional locations organised in your customer master data? One or multiple customer IDs? Maybe splitting makes sense…? Depends on sales parts in point 1 and/or 2 customer agreements needed here. To keep an overview in the agreement it is the best to have only one customer agreement per customer. We have set this up as 1 customer however we are debating if it is necessary to split the customer up into several customers. However, this then comes with the question if we should use a customer hierarchy or not and how this will affect our business control and financial follow-up that is based on our current 1 customer set-up. The following is the only scenario that comes to mind: Split customer order line into two shipments with 70pcs and 20 pcs, then deliver first shipment (70pcs), create invoice, print invoice. Then repeat the process with the second shipment (20 pieces). As your customer order line is already at “delivered” state, you have to return the status→ IFS page “undo delivery..” ..and if you don't use shipments, then you would already have to partially reserve and proceed with 70pcs until you invoice and then repeat the process with the second part for the second invoice 😁

Hi,Which IFS Version are you using?The two options below are in Apps9. Maybe the masks are named similarly in other versions if you don’t use shipment inventories/shipments, then cancel function. It will change your customer order line status to “Released”If you are organised with shipments + shipment inventories: Return function will return the partno. back to picked location

I think it is the same for your version.I checked the official help page (F1) title: "Modify Customer Order Invoice" maybe also available for Apps 10?In order to modify or reverse a posted invoice, we deal with credit invoices:Reason A: Invoiced by mistake, 1x 100% credit invoice to book out Reason B: Incorrect invoice amount, which resulted in a first 100% credit invoice to book it out and a subsequent credit invoice with minus and revised line amounts.Best,Lidija

Well, since the example is for a direct delivery, cancelling receipt may not be logical (there is no receipt actually taken place). However, still the direct delivery can be cancelled. This can be done using Undo Customer Order Delivery without any issue. Result will be that both the Customer Order and Purchase order are coming back to the Release state, all transactions reversed. This functionality has limitations in Applications 9 but for Applications 10 more scenarios are supported than Applications 9 (this functionality is not available in Applications 8 or before). However, cancelling a Direct Delivery works fine in Applications 10 for most of the scenarios. What does this mean? Is there a solution available for Apps 9?
