Release Purchase Order - Error Message - Customer number not found on the Supplier set up

Hi @EDCLISA , The error might be occurring because your site’s purchase component method is set up for 'Customer Order' and one of the parts on the Purchase Order, has a purchase structure. Thus, when you release the purchase order, a customer order will be created to ship the component parts to the supplier via the CO. Do you want the part to have a purchase structure? If so, then create a Customer record for your supplier and enter it on Supplier/Purchase Tab/Genera; Tab - customer no field. If not, use the workaround below. WORK AROUND: 1.) Create a new revision for your Purchase Structure - RMB in the header of your Purchase Structure to 'Copy Structure Revision' to create a new revision. 2.) Leave the new Purchase Structure in a 'Tentative' state, then your Purchase Order will work like a normal Purchase Order. The error only occurs if the Purchase Structure is set to "Buildable". If the above does not help may be you have to raise a support case to further investigate this. Be

Hi @robynalexkira , Please check whether following workaround will resolve your issue;Check the PO Line you are about to receive. RMB on the Supplier material (if the option is active and available) One of the components which has fractional quantity per assembly probably has Qty Calc rounding of 0 in inventory part. Change the Qty calc rounding and receive the PO Line.Best Regards,Yasanthi

Purchase Order Freeze

Hi @Steven DaSilva , You can temporarily stop the purchase order by selecting Freeze in the operations menu as shown below; Once you freeze it the status will be set to ‘Stopped’ and you have to release it again in order to continue the order flow. Hope this helps. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Hi @Ines , The following function has been removed in 21R1 cloud release:External Files – User defined file types Due to deprecation of Oracle Users for end user authentication, user defined external file types and related templates cannot be used in IFS Cloud. Match PO Receipt Error

Hi @nimesh , Can you please confirm whether the PO linked work task is in closed state? In that case there is a correction available in UPD 18 (Bug ID: 164789) which will resolve the issue. Before this correction it was unable to do Supplier Invoice matching against PO/PR with Work Orders/Work Tasks in status Finished. Hope this helps. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Object Info

Hi @alpamuk , It is something that R&D should do, if they did not set some form as the “home” for a certain LU, you can raise a support case asking for them to fix. Currently it is not possible to connect a custom LU to a home page. This functionality is not implemented. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Hi @alpamuk , This is due to the reason that the object type LU in question does not have a "home page" defined. In IEE, in order for commands like Object Info to work, some form needs to be set as the "home" for a certain LU. IEE will then know the home for that LU, and the Object Info will be enabled and working. Hope this helps. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Hi @ProShiraA , Hope you are going to attach an image file. (If it is a word file you can attach it as Link has shown.) First you have to define Media item for the relevant LU, in Object Connections window by adding service list item MediaLibrary^ and then refresh cache. Then in the Attachment panel in sales part window Media will start appearing. Then you can add image using Manage media option. Hope this helps. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Hi @ProShiraA , Looks like the code is already existing but not activated in ISO Code usage. Please check whether the UoM is there in the following window and ‘Used in Application’ is selected. Hi @asanga.it, In the Purchase Requisition Authorization Rule, you can define whether you allow changes after authorization or not in the following check box in the screenshot. IFS 10 WORK TASK AND WORK TASK STEPS

Hi Patrick,Work task is the planning object for a planned period of work for one or more persons, which is linked to a single work order. It defines the demands (resource, material etc.) to fulfil the requirement, collects cost and generates revenue. The activities are defined as task steps.Work Task Steps are the details of steps that are required to perform a work task. The work task step is not a sub task, and the difference is that it is not possible to add demands (resources, materials etc) on a step line or to create transactions (time, issues etc.) directly to a step.You can report the amount of time spent on a specific job and who did it in time reporting. I.e. reporting of actual costs which is done by reporting hours for Employees and Tools.Hope this helps. Best Regards,Yasanthi

Hi LevOrjanM, Please check whether following conditions are satisfied;- All the PM actions connected to the child object should be in the status 'Obsolete'.- The object should not have a single active Work Order/work task.
