"There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity"

Hello,

 

I am trying to reveive parts in on a PO and I am getting the error message "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity”. The CO linked to this PO is already invoiced/closed. How can I get around this error message and book in the goods?

Hi @robynalexkira ,

 

Please check whether following workaround will resolve your issue;

  1. Check the PO Line you are about to receive.
  2. RMB on the Supplier material (if the option is active and available)
  3. One of the components which has fractional quantity per assembly probably has Qty Calc rounding of 0 in inventory part.
  4. Change the Qty calc rounding and receive the PO Line.
