MRN lines can be changed after authorised by the approves until it is issued. How can we restrict that?

In the Purchase Requisition Authorization Rule, you can define whether you allow changes after authorization or not in the following check box in the screenshot. So, if you have selected it system will allow to change requisition lines after authorization as mentioned in the help text.
