Why does system allow to Material requisition lines after authorised?

In the Purchase Requisition Authorization Rule, you can define whether you allow changes after authorization or not in the following check box in the screenshot. So, if you have selected it system will allow to change requisition lines after authorization as mentioned in the help text.

Thank you so much for your cooperation. But my problem is with MRN authorisations which are create in document basic window.
