Hi, I am testing an integration with REST Sender. The integration will use OAuth 2.0 Client Credential authentication and works fine when I test with Postman. However when I perform the same via the IFS REST Sender am receiving 401 errors (for auth). This could be a configuration related mistake on my end and want to know if any one has used the REST Sender with OAuth 2.0 Client Credential? Regards,

I’m creating a Lobby to display a quick report over open custom orders. I have the quick report created and running. Then i tried creating a Lobby Data Source Designer using the quick report- I selected SQL but there’s no where to select my quick report’s SQL, or paste in m SQL statement. How/where do I do that? I then want to use this DataSource in the Lobby Element Designer.

Hi all,I have linked a customer to a user to register as a B2B customer. When I logged in to the B2B portal with above user, I don’t see the lobby page ‘Order Management For Customers’.What I see is an empty navigator page as below: What I intend to see is the below page: When I check the lobby overview, I don’t see any lobby page with client type = ‘Aurena B2B’. I checked the permission sets for the user and user is granted with ‘FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B’. What is the reason I am not seeing this lobby page in B2B portal? Is it a permission problem or? Is it due to that the lobby page should be purchased separately or?Please share your thoughts regarding this. Thanks & Kind Regards
We are trying to create the knowhosts file required for SFTP communications between IFS and Pagero (our EDI vendor). From IFS documentation, here is what we are supposed to do: SFTP requires a "known hosts" file. The known hosts file contains the public key of the SSH2 server,and the purpose of this file is to ensure that a server cannot maliciously impersonate another server(e.g. man-in-the-middle attacks).The known hosts file may already have been created by an SSH2 client and may be reused by an SFTPreader. Hello Team, I am pretty new to IFS with some background in middleware technologies. I am currently working on creating a document in IFS using IFS oData/REST API.As per my understanding, to attach an external document to an IFS object using API , we need to follow below 3 steps: a. Create a document in IFS (IFS API - Projection: CreateAndImportDocument and Invoke action CreateDocument) b. Upload an external file to previously created IFS document c. Attach the document to an IFS objectI am able to create a document in IFS using the API successfully (Projection:CreateAndImportDocument and Invoke action CreateDocument) And not sure which API or projection should I use to make next for uploading an external file to previously created IFS document? We are running Apps10 UPD10We are using a custom event to make a Rest call. The call includes an header parameter that is a 64encoded value. We are able to put the complete header value in the event and save it. But, when the event runs, I get a “character string buffer too small” error. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a situation I could use some support with. I have a Element which is performing a count, in this case of Service Contracts that meet specific criteria that is being set by the Data Source Definition below: Data Source DefinitionThis gives me a number, and in EE I can click the number and it will take me to a filtered list which then shows me all the Service Contracts that match the data source conditions.We also want this functionality in Aurena, so I added the URL to the Service Contracts list in the Navigation options, and in theory I’d just need to use the Data Source Condition, right? Navigation Options for Element (Client Type is Aurena)Unfortunately though, when I reload the lobby element in Aurena and click the lobby element, although the screen does load the Service Contracts screen, I receive the following error, and no contracts are loaded.Database error occurred. Hello - we are on version 9, update 8 and would like to mass update the price & price incl tax fields on the sales part record. We did notice there is the ability to “Update base prices” & “Update unit based price lists” & “Update sales price lists from base prices”, but there does not seem to ability to update prices on sales parts. Has anyone else run into this and what was the solution? This seems like a common request that any company would like to do. Thanks!

I have installed IFS Report Designer along with Java however when running IFS Report Designer I get the error: Windows cannot find 'java\bin\javaw' I am sure it is something simple but cannot see to resolve. Dear community.I want to create a customer credit invoice for my Component Repair Order. When I do this via the Customer Order invoice i get this error..ORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem.SERVICECREDITERR: Creating a credit/correction invoice is not allowed. Service crediting/corrections should be handled from the service itself. Does anyone know how i can create a credit/correction invoice?Thanks.David.
