When External Supplier Invoices are loaded for multiple compaies the user’s default company fetches the correct load type mentioned in the External Supplier Invoice Assistnt but the other 2 companies gets the incorrect load type.Refer below for detailed explainations. Load Type is given as EMPLJCR, so the expection is that this load type will fetched for all the comapnies When the job is finished below are the results.On the default company of the user correct Load Type is loaded But on the other 2 companies incorrect load type is fetched Why is it not fetching the correct load type from the external Supplier Invoice Assistant for other 2 companies ?
Hi all, Within my ETM import I am checking to see if there is a Linked Item Group associated with an Incident (Event). If not it will create one. This is working as expected. Then I am trying to link an Item to the Linked Item Group but it fails with the error “You are not permitted to perform this action. Type: PrivilegeException.”.mapAndPost Assyst REST Exception: Error invoking create on linkedItem with body.The ID I am using is an Admin ID and I use the same one to create items and Products within the same import channel / datamapper with no issue. I have confirmed the linked Item Group was successfully created and can be referenced via the Id and that the item exists and can be referenced via the Short Code. See images below.Can anyone think of a reason this would fail? Am I missing another required field upon creation that may cause a privilege error?Thanks for your assistance!Trevor
Hello,We would like to grant user access to Business Opportunities depending on a field value.Example :for each Business Opportunity, we have a field named “Sector” with 3 possible values “A”, “B” or “C”. We have 5 user groups “a”, “b”, “c”, “d” and “e”.When the Business Opportunity :Sector = “A” then the members of the user groups “a” and “c” can see this Opportunity. Sector = “B” then the members of the user groups “b” and “d” can see this Opportunity. Sector = “C” then the members of all user groups can see this Opportunity. Question : how to do that ?
We are in IFS10 We are trying to use the MRO Shop Order Screen to Receive non-functioning parts.Then make a determination that the Parent Part is bad but salvage some child parts (Piece Parts). We would like these child parts to end up in inventory. We want to track the labor and cost of the child (piece) parts.The MRO Shop order screen does not allow us to add records at this time. Possible basic data set up that needs to be completed.

(without the invoice number 9700002):25:1111:60F:D231116EURC20,00:61:2311161116C120,00N196NONREF:86:22229700002:62F:D231116EUR100,00When the file is loaded without the invoice number error messages appears.. "A Payer/Payee Identity does not exist"Account number 2222 is mapped under customer's electronic payment address.However, when loaded with the invoice number the customer is identified as the invoice number identifiers are already defined. We are trying to configure a shop order that allows operation to create asset and consume parts etc and create a cost. We also require to have a subcontractor to come on site and carry out a task. This task will have to link to a PO as the subcontractor will be invoicing for time and materials.I also need to consume a cost for any consumables used for the build by my company. We have an OP part causing issues creating a HAR. There is concern that there's an issue in IFS regarding this part number (#######-###-OP). I don’t believe It should have the -OP appended to it at this point given that parts are inventory. As I understand, the OP is added when parts are sent out for Outside Processing and removed when parts come back from that processing.
Is it possible to get a part certificate report in the technicians portal if you do not use aviation? I know we have the survey workflow but I want the survey to be on an object like in the aviation part certificate report.
We see no impact on the ‘shop order finish date’ in case of a reconfirmation of an external operation (say the confirmed lead time is 2 months, where the pre-filled purchase lead time is 1 month). Is there a setting/ possibility to see the impact of a reconfirmation on the the ‘shop order finish date’? Kind regards, Bart

I’ve added a new group to the case details page to display custom fields. However, I can’t seem to edit the values of these custom fields in the group. If I put them in another group, they can be edited, OR… if I change the control type to be a markdown field, you can change the data, otherwise they appear to be read only. What is going on there?See below, the field, annual value cannot be edited in the new group called “Tender Requests”

Where is handling unit traceability in IFS10? If a handling unit is created from another handling unit, where is that from- to- handling unit information stored? I don’t see it in inventory transactions history.
