Dear All,
Some of our users experience a log in error after the system prompts them to change their password. We have configured the password to expire after 90 days, but the given prompts the user to change the password before the expiry. The user is able to successfully change the password, but when they try logging in using the new password they get an error. After that we have to change the password again from oracle user.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me a way to find out the cause of this problem.
