Rejected status of Approval steps

We have a situation where a person has rejected a step on an approval router and has since left the company. The is the last step on the router but I can not get it to progess to 100% approval due to this. Does anyone know how to correct this ?

Hello, my first week dealing with ifsI am trying to automate work flow. it creates work order when I try it with postman but when I try to do it pragmatically It shows error in Application messages in ifs UII am using following Header{ "Content-Type" : "application/json", "Authorization" : "Bearer ACCESS_TOKEN" }url: https://my_company.ifs.cloud/endpoint: /int/soapgatewayand I am sending my json as body for creating a work orderI IT gives Following Error in Application messages on UI ODP_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR Error while de-serializing contents.Any Help would be appreciated

Is It safe to delete files from Document Temporary Path?

I want to delete older files, PDFs mostly, from the folder/directory in the “Document Temporary Path” which is found in the last screen of the reconfiguration option of the installer.cmd. I just want to confirm that it would be safe. The directory is growing tremendously in size.

custom field - Persistant and Reference type getting error

I am creating a Persistent customer field as Reference type, on SupplierAddress form. I referred OrderDeliveryTerms. Delivery_terms. Whiel approve and save(finish) getting below error message. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help !.

ISO20022 Employee Payment File

Hi,We are trying to generate an employee payment file (to pay for employee expenses) using ISO20022. There are few mandatory information that we need to bring into this file as follows;Employee Tax ID Clearing system member ID Branch IDThese refer to employee specific details. I have tried to use ‘Property Fields’ and define these information. However, there is no way to connect those new property fields to ‘Employee payment method’ window. Does anyone know how we can define new property fields and bring those details into the ISO20022 XML file? OR Is there any alternative method to use to bring in such additional information to ISO20022 XML file?Thank YouSugandi

IFS Apps9 - SMBv1 protocol

Hi,We have our IFS Application server on windows 2016 server and yesterday we disabled SMBv1 protocol on the windows server. Today we are seeing tons of open ports in TIME WAIT mode and # of open ports maxing out. we rebooted twice so far with Ports climbing up after reboot. It’s almost like IFS is not releasing the port or something? Does anyone know if disabling SMBv1 protocol can cause this kind of behavior??

Field COST in CustomerOrderLines. Where does it comes from?

Hi experts,as mentioned, we are extremly deep into IFS datastructures.Yesterday we got an extraordinary case.Old customerorder (with wrong customerno), shipments, storno, rma, than a new customerorder but without new shipmentlines.We learned (and implemented) the following.The moment a shipment takes place an ITH (Inventory Transaction History) record is created withTransactioncode OESHIP.This record holds all the information about cost types, like purchase, subcontracting, manufacturing, and so on.We get all this information, summ it up to TotalCostManufacturingITH and compare it with TotalCostManufacturing which is the field COST in the table CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINES.Now the following question:How does IFS “knows” about costs and where does the value in the field COST comes from, even if there are no ShipmentLines (where a specific Lotbatch with specific coststructure) is fetched?Have a nice day!best RegardsMichael

When saving in window Acquire lease asset, I get a message saying “Lease liability balance in contract currency cannot be a negative value”. All other values look correct. What do I have to change, for manage to save?The value is not editable in this window.

Error with posting type M42 and M58, control type C90, code part B

Hello, We are trying to clear these two error messages from labor postings that are happening in our Aurena environment.Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M42 control type C90 code part B in company 07.Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M58 specification control type C90 code part B in company 07.We added a new HR Org Code and attached to a new cost center. A few employees were added to the HR Org Code. We started getting these posting errors almost two weeks ago (05/11), just for the new employees that were set up in the new HR org code.On Monday 05/22 we added the HR org to the organization unit in the cost source indicators section, and once we did that NEW labor postings for the employees in the new org unit started processing with no errors. So it seems the problem has been fixed for future labor postings, now the only problem is trying to fix the labor postings before 05/22 that we are unable to correct. We checked all

Hi All,In IFS Cloud when a Supervisor was checking the “clocking's” details of the subordinates who are reporting to him directly has found that the “Clocking” window not only shows the subordinate’s clocking details but all employees’ clocking details are available in the window. IFS Cloud 22R1: How to do translations

Hi,what is the best way how to do translations of new objects created in repository?Documentation (Translate Texts - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud) talks only about changing already existent translations. But new translations must be done in different window (Solution Manager > Translation Development > Translatable Text).Method of translation is very complicated. In EE in IFS10 was doing text translations very easy and quickly.But this looks like step back to complicated work as it was with terms.So there must be some better way.Do you know any?ThanksBR

Cleanup of inventory frequency

Hello Community - Does anyone have any thoughts on the best practice for how often to run the cleanup of inventory function? We are on IFS10 update 19. We have only been running the cleanup once a year before our physical inventory. However, we have recently started weekly cycle counts and are considering running the cleanup more often. TIA.

Showing a web browser within an FSM screen

Hi Experts,I have a requirement to show the result of a url within an FSM screen. So the setup is as follows,I have a simple table with two columns, transaction_id, document_urlThis document url field will contain a url which would return a pdf when called.Now, I want to have a screen similar to the following (this is something basic I cooked up for testing), The idea is when I land on this page, I want to see the result of that url in the embedded browser.I tried setting the document_url field as a webbrowser type field. But this didn’t yield the expected outcome, I also noticed the following option when adding fields and attempted with this, This field, in the web client, always shows me the homepage of the applciation regardless of what I set in the url field in the properties, Having said that, it seems to work correctly in the smart client, So this is where I am at.Is this a bug on the web client?Anything I am missing?
