[b][i]Flow to re-create the issue:[/i][/b] 1. Have labor class set up for both run time and overhead costs. 2. Have employee set up for Employee Category General. 3. Have Standard Costs set for Employee Category General different than labor class so you can be sure what the system is doing. 4. Make sure that Company Details for Company i.e X are not checked to use Employee Costs. (This would be the signal to use Standard Cost) 5. Make sure that Site is not Checked for Override Employee Costs This determines which labor class costs the system should use. 6. Hello, I created a scheduled Batch Load job to input an external Bank Reconciliation .csv filed saved to a folder location on the server. When setting up the External File Template, I believe I configured the ‘Input Files’ section correctly. I have a File Name and Input File Directory. When I run the Scheduled Database Task, I receive the following error:ORA-20110: ExternalFileUtility.File \\servername\External\BankReconciliation\filename.csv not exist EDIT: I can upload the external file successfully from the same location using Online processing.Can anyone suggest possible solutions to fix this error?

Dear All, I am trying to raise the customer schedule from supplier schedule. This is an inter site transfer. When I am putting the status of supplier schedule transferred. Customer Schedule should be generated but it is not generating. I checked the status of messages in “In Message Lines”, the messages are coming in rejected state. When I check the error text below is the message. ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [EAN_LOCATION_DEL_ADDR] is a required item because it is a mandatory item for receiving the customer delivery plan, so a value is required. does anyone where this value should be given. Has somebody any experience how to access by a URL to an external document. in APP 10 and Aurena as well, I want to press the link via "Attachment" to view a document. The connected object can e.g. be a WO or Asset. Is the solution to use custom fieldt o create links or is there any other way. to do this. One solution is to create the document ID and title, but the file reference is a URL to an external server Is Aurena different in any respect. / Thomas

I’m looking for some advice around screens in IFS which hold global data. We’re doing a big security review at the moment so want to make sure that we’ve got data managed such that only users in particular companies can see data they’re granted access to through site / company access. Some examples of the areas where we’ve had to make considerations are: Customers [header level & address / contacts], we’re managing this through CRM (we set groups up for each company basically) IALs, we reviewed all the IALs we’ve built in the system to ensure they only point to data for the relevant company Report Archive, we discovered there’s a permission set which a number of users have which allows them to view all reports printed (we’ve since revoked this) Employment Informaiton / People Finder & Suppliers, we’ve accepted these as being global screens but are happy that there isn’t much sensitive data here so minimal level of concern I was hoping the community might be able to help us come

Hi AllWe are on IFS Apps 10 and have recently tried to add a new logical printer to IFS. This is our first time adding a new printer. Our Application and Print Servers are separate to spread the load with the print server hosting all print and reporting services.On our Print Server we have completed:Installed the Printer Drivers and created a Print QueueUpdated the config file (ifs-printagent-config.xml)Restarted the Print Service (IFSPAService_IFSL)Within the Application we have:Created the new logical printer with the same name/ case as the print queue on the print server and what is in the config file (e.g. TESTPRINTER1)Attempted to print a report.On the Print Jobs screen in IFS we get the following error:“The Print Job can not be printed. ‘Failed to retrieve Report’ Hello Community, We’ve having an issue on our test environment, receiving the ‘Failed to retrieve Report’ message (Apps 9 UDP7) when running a CR quick report. Everything fine in IFSL The database has been refreshed from Live a few months ago, but to list the numerous things we have tried with no luck. Checked reports work through Crystal. Can confirm yes Checked credentials of all sys, print, ifssys, ifsapp accounts.
