Logging of who a PO is emailed to

Hello,

What is the best way to capture who a PO has been emailed to.  I have created a custom field to hold this information but am unsure on the best way to go about getting this info.  

Would I need to retrieve the print job id or result key from RMB ?

@JannetteC normally all emails go via Application Messages. So you could have an event that catches these emails (or just the info you need) and store it in the custom field.
