Integrated Demand Planner Client don't show data

Hi all, i have a functional demand planner server at 23R2 with some demo data and it accept all kinds of commands.Dashboard also is ok and with running status . The started commands finished without error and are also note in protocoll window.If i start the dialog "Demand Forecast" no data will be visualized and only the "entertainment" ring do his job . Also not after waiting hours any data appear.Do anyone know the issue and a solution or quide to resolve the problem?Thanks for supportAlberto

Using Supplier Part Number-Wadaco

Hi all,During the process of Register Arrival with Wadaco, after selecting the purchase order number, I'm interested in finding out if there's a method to input the supplier's part number which is mapped to our purchase part number, by scanning the corresponding labels. Essentially, I'm looking for a way to utilize the labels with the supplier's material codes as a means of data entry. This would streamline the process and potentially enhance accuracy, as manual entry could lead to errors. If anyone has experience with this or knows of a feature within Wadaco that allows for such functionality, I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance on how to achieve this.

Cost Return At field on Work Order Requisitions

In Apps 9 there was a field within both Part and No Part Requisition Lines called ‘Cost Return At’. If this value was set to ‘Arrival’, this would create a work order posting when the purchase order created from the requisition was received. I cannot see an equivalent field in Apps 10. Is this functionality available somewhere else? We basically want an entry in the Cost tab of the Work Order Task when a purchase order (created via requisition) is receipted.

Documents not get created on shared repositories if automated via report rule

We are aware of the limitation of which if the documents are created in the repo via a report rule, if the repo type is not the database, the document will not be available. After reading all the suggested solutions, it seems that we need to transfer these documents time to time between database to a different repo.However the major problem is, in order to allow the report rule process working, we need to keep the repository as database and in generating state. In IFS document move solution, we can only transfer data from usable state repository to a generating state repository. That means if I want to take the documents out from the database, I have to set it to usable, and if my understanding is correct, during this time, the repository cannot be used to generate new documents. This essentially introduce a downtime for the application.My question is, is it possible to transfer documents out of database in generating state, to a usable state repository? IFS Cloud - How do I apply emphasis to enumeration data?

Hello.I wanted to change color for the “sex” section, so I set it to badge and tried to apply emphasis, however the color didn’t change. The data type for “sex” field is enumeration and I think this is why emphasis isn’t working. Does anyone know how to apply emphasis to enumeration data?

Customer Offset with unchanged currencies

Hello. I have prepayments on a customer in a foreign currency. These are posted with different currencies. When all the payments have been made I would like to create a customer offset… however the customer offset uses todays currency rate…That means that values in accounting currency changes…I would either like it to pick the value from the customer analysis, -4925,50 orI would like the possibility to change the currency rate so that it reflects the value in the customer analysis. This might not look like an issue but the customer I have are dealing with prepayments between 50 000-100 000 Euro which means that it creates currency differences that shouldn’t exist. BRDenny

IFS Cloud - How To Change systemURL Parameter

We we’ve just had IFS Cloud 23R2 iteration 0 installed and we went to connect our installation to Azure Identity Provider. When we created the identity provider the redirect Uri wasn’t our FQDN of our environment but rather our <server name>.<domain name> instead of ifscfg.<domain name>. We reach our environment by going to ifscfg.<domain name> and our certificate is ifscfg.<domain name>. After investigating we see in the IFSCLOUD-VALUES.YAML file the systemUrl is pointing to <server name>.<domain name> and the secondarySystemUrl is pointing to ifscfg.<domain name>. We would like to update the configuration so the systemUrl points to ifscfg.<domain name> and we remove the entry for secondarySystemUrl. Does anyone know what is the installer command to accomplish this task from the management server? I’ve read the technical documentation but I did not come away confident to attempt to make the changes. Regards,William Klotz

Organization code update on Time Registration window

Hello to the community, Some employees in a company were given another organization code recently. These employees register time through time registration window and have added project rows to their shortcut archive. These lines have the old organization code mapped and can’t be changed manually. When project transactions are created they have the old org code instead of the new one, since some posting types depend on the organization unit preposting, I was wondering if anybody had an idea about mass update of shortcut lines in time registration in order to keep the projects used in shortcut but to have updated org code Thank you Tanya

Travel days should be excluded from absence record

I need help regarding “Absence Configuration” for following scenario:Employee need to go on annual vacation to his/her home country. When employee apply the absence, his/her travel days should not be deduction from leave balance.e.g. Employee Leave Balance is : 24Leave applied : From 5th Apr 24 (Friday) to 22nd Apr (Monday). There are 10 working days in between, so system should reduce only 10 days leave balance. 5th Apr and 22nd Apr will be considered as Travel Days, so it should not deduct from the balance.Thanks in advance for your response.

Expense code vs tax code

Hello,I have a question about the calculation of taxes in expense sheet.We have created an expense rule, and added expense codes with taxe lines.For example:Expense code = MealTax code applied = 10,71% When we create an expense sheet and add Expense Meal with amount 100$, the tax amount calculated is 9.68$ instead of 10.71$Is there something that we are missing in the expense rule configuration?Thank you for your help in advance!

Un-issuing Error from Shop Order

Hi Community, Has anyone seen this Error message beforeA couple of things to note that is not as obvious from this error. The customer is not using tracked structures on any part, this has been checked. This error message is off the back of a RMB in header, Unissue All to original location. this also happens on the Manual processes. Please note the SO has nothing reported on ops and has nothing received in. This order was previously Parked. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.

FX Gain/Loss on Customer Payment of Advance Invoice

Hello. We are using Apps 9 Update 13.When we receive a customer payment for an advanced invoice, the FX gain/loss is not recognized into the FX/Gain loss account but stays in the deferred revenue account. In the example below, accounting currency is in CAD and invoice currency is in USD. When the invoice was booked, it was booked at a CAD equivalent of 165,758.34. Below is the customer payment (green highlighted). The CAD equivalent of the payment is 167,402.52. So there should be an FX gain on the payment of CAD 1,644.18, but it is not separated out to be posted to the FX gain/loss account. Instead, it is booked into the deferred revenue account, so it stays there.Is there any way to get the FX gain/loss on customer payment of advance invoice to automatically post to a separate FX gain/loss account? I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thank you.

Alliance 15.4.7 export in xlsx vs xls

After updating to SU7, all of our scheduled reports are being distributed as xlsx. When we try to open them, we receive errors that the file is corrupted. If we run the reports manually and export to xls instead, they open correctly. We have tried scheduling a couple of new reports using the Excel spreadsheet option (it doesn't specify file type at this point) and have confirmed they are all emailing as xlsx documents. Is there a way to schedule for xls instead? Or is there a way to format the report to open correctly as an xlsx?

PO with price 0, not appearing in GRIR

Hello IFS users,IFS10 APP i have a cases where few POs were created for inventory parts with price 0, GR done, however i cannot see them in Received not yet invoiced report. the reason for the POs creation is to give entry to these inventory parts within inventory count. thanks
