@FJRODIII I’m having a hard time understanding what you need. Normally in a shop order you can specify the qty that you want to produce according to the customer demand. Furthermore there is functionality through which the system will calculate how much and by what date you need to produce in order to meet the customer demands (MRP).

If you could maybe provide some more information on what you would need / better describe the scenario so that we could help further.

@FJRODIII If you are using MRP/PMRP, a primitive method would be to expand the tree in the Gross Requirements tab on the MRP Part Information page. Assuming in the example below that all of the parts that have components are manufactured and are also not phantom parts thus requiring a shop order, I would need a total of twelve shop orders to produce the final assembly.

In the MRP Part Information Page the blue diamonds signify the part is planned by MRP. The black triangles indicate the parts (nodes) at each level that are my manufactured (shop order) parts.
