Hello,we have an environment on which in the instant invoice when we clic on reprint original all is working. But on another environment (we use separates environment with aurena framework version 22.1.9.) we get the message “ORA-20105: InvoiceNumberSeries.FIXEDLENGTH: For the invoice number to start with zeros, the fixed length must be greater than the number of positions in the next value in the invoice number series”.I think we do have a difference between the 2 environments but where ?Thank you for your help.Frédéric
Hello,We are looking for a way to easily identify Material Reservations to a Work Task. Is there a column selection that can be brought in when using Work Tasks list view? I envisage something like the Active Work Assignments column with a check box or even a traffic light system with green for available or red for not available. I understand we can see the reservations through the MMRL page but just looking for a quick reference. Thank you

currently using IFS Cloud 22 R2 u18 Hi, having looked over the previous answers here, I’m still struggling to find out how I can make the Marketing field within Customer > Sales > General as a mandatory field. Having navigated to page designer I have then selected all Elements. → Selectors → Reference Sales Market Selector. having set the ‘Required’ tick box for the following attributes [MarketCode, Description, State] to no effect. Once the task schedule is opened the schedule can be edited if necessary. but editing of the schedule is allowed only for the creator of the schedule or an administrator. Hi ALl, Working in 23R1 and I noticed some strange behaviour.I created a Work Order from a Customer Order using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Service Request’. Once the Work Order was created I could go from CO to WO by using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Connected Work Orders’. But strangely enough, as soon as the WO goes into status ‘Released’, you can no longer navigate from the CO to the WO because the ‘Connected Work Orders’ link is no longer present. It is replaced with ‘Service Request’ again. (see printscreens below). I am happy that there is a possibility to connect a second WO to my CO, but not so happy with the fact that the possibility to easily navigate from CO to Wo is now gone as soon as my WO becomes ‘Released’. Is this intended behaviour or a bug? Looking forward to any feedback on this. Hello,I have a bit of an odd one.We have managed to cancel a customer order line that had an open, unreported pick list against it.I didn’t think the system would allow this, but now the order line is showing as cancelled, but the order line parts still show as reserved and on a pick list..I’ve tried cancelling the pick list to clear the reservation, but I get an error saying the pick list cannot be reported for customer order line objects is status cancelled. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can clear the pick list and reservation? We are on Apps 10 UPD 8. Many thanks,Steph.

I was looking how I could attach picking lists printed onto a shipment. I could only think about two options Use report archive and try to find the picking listIn report archive set the validity a bit longer (they only need 10 days) Try to find the shipment based on the notes (which is not so easy) Report rule and attach a shipmentSo secondly I was thinking of using a report rule and attach a shipmentbut I cannot see an attachment screen on shipment so I was not sure how to enable this. A customer has asked whether it is possible to change the title of a document when it’s generated and the printed document is downloaded (e.g. a customer invoice, PO order confirmation etc.). The customer is trying to get IFS to use e.g. the invoice number, PO number etc. in the document title so that it’s easily searchable and it’s clear which document is what. Has anyone come across this requirement or seen a way to do this?

We are using V10 IEE. Our business wants to schedule PM work orders out several years, to 2027. The Maintenance Plan for every PM Action we create will only plan work out to the end of next calendar year, Dec. 2025 in this case. This is observed across multiple sites and calendars used, even when the calendars are generated well past 2027.How do we get the Maintenance Plan to push planned work out multiple years ahead?

(Design office : keep track DOP structure & routing modifications for example).I know that table tracking can be enabled with Hisoty log configuration screen.However, to see every users’ modifications there is a need to have the Administrator privilege enabled, even if we use quick reports or lobby elements to display the log data.==> What does granting this privilege to a “normal” (Design office, quality manager, Operations manager, ...) end-user mean in terms of system behavior and accesses ?==> I saw in a diferent post that IAL could be used as a workaround : is it still meant to be deprecated ?System : IFS Cloud Aurena 22R2
Apologies in advance, this is probably a very n00b question, but I’m struggling to find an answer! Can anyone advise on where I can find documentation on API functions? As an example - I’m creating a migration job, based on this answer. However, the INVENTORY_PART_CONFIG_API.GET_ESTIMATED_MATERIAL_COST() call isn’t giving the values I need. I know there’s also a .GET_INVENTORY_VALUE_BY_METHOD() function in the same API; but where would I find a list of all the functions in the API, explaining what they are, their parameters, return value etc.?I can find details of the REST APIs via API Explorer, but can’t find anything equivalent for API functions. Although there’s certainly some similarity with the REST APIs, they don’t seem identical - e.g. I can see a REST API called InventoryPartConfigSet, with GET endpoints that include EstimatedMaterialCost in the JSON, but nothing related to inventory value.

Hello All, I know there’s no way to setup the alignment of data in a List lobby element, but I thought by default it should be aligned to the left.However, I have one list where the # of Opportunities is right aligned and it makes the Account Value quite difficult to read. This is how the fields are arranged in the element: Any ideas why some columns are right aligned and some others are left aligned?
