Hi All,If we have multiple server and multiple process then how to segregate outgoing servers for staging functionality.If we have 10 server and 20 process then how we can divied servers equaly. Menas A server can process only B not C and D can only process E not B and C as per the configuration.
IFSCloud 23R2Currently we are using Dispatch Console for day to day Resource and Work Task Activities.We see there is one key difference in Dispatch Console and PSO ie PSO does not show Inactive resource as expected ie Scheduling Resource(InActive), However Dispatch console does not consider this and will always show all resources regardless of Active/Inactive. This is causing issue for dispatcher, as it is hard to manage resource without any filter and this behaviour and they often end up scheduling to InActive resources during manual scheduling. Can you please advise how are other customers dealing with this behaviour, is this normal behaviour or environment issue at our end? How can we limit Dispatch Console to show valid Active resources only. Thank you
Hello IFS Community,I am curious if anyone else has seen this behavior and is it a bug? When I use a data page parameter in IFS Cloud on my lobby page the result is one less than I have chosen and then again, one less when passed to the elements. Here is the scenario:Date chosen in lobby is 01/02/2024. Date displayed on Lobby Page is 01/01/2024: Date passed to the element is 12/31/2023: Has anyone else seen this?
Is there anyone that have runned into a situation where the demand is to have an extended control plan if it has been very long since latest delivery/latest shop order?When frequent deliveries /frequent shop orders ordinary control plans is ok to be used, but when there is a gap between occations there is a need for a extended analyse.I have not found any obvious way of solving this. Is there anybody that have an idea how to solve this demand?

Hi all, I am currently experimenting with different setups for register arrivals, one of our sites requires supplier manufactured dates. However when I include this I get the following warning: “Manufacturer No and Manufacturer Part No is needed before entering a value for Manufactured Date” Why do I need to add these? Hi All, In IFS V10, the Batch_Transfer_Handler_API has procedures which I need to use for IFS Cloud to read and transfer files from a folder location. However, these procedures are no more supported in IFS Cloud. PROCEDURE Read_From_SharedPROCEDURE Delete_From_SharedPROCEDURE Upload_To_DbPROCEDURE Upload_To_FtpPROCEDURE Move_From_Shared NOTE: All the above procedures make a call to Plsqlap_Server_API.Invoke_Record_Impersonate and within this procedure we have :Error_SYS.Appl_General(lu_name_, 'Procedure Invoke_Record_Impersonate is not supported'); In there any equivalent procedure available in cloud to do these operations? I’m basically uplifting a customization from IFS V10 to IFS Cloud 23R2 and I’m facing a challenge in this particular area. Kindly help.

We were told that there would be a 2 year roadmap or at least a statement of intent made available for review.Over time this seems to have dropped to a ‘roadmap’ covering the actual release and the next one.The last one I can find covers 23R2 and 24R1, how can I find what is due 24R2, 25R1&2 and ideally 26R1?

Hello,We would like to understand whether it is possible to restrict the data accessed within a screen based on the setup of the user performing the search. This is in Apps 10 Enterprise explorer. We know that Sites effectively do this, however this doesn’t suit the use case example outlined below. Invoices per User’s Cost CentreUse of a screen where Invoices are accessible, where each Invoice is mapped to a Cost Centre. At the moment, anyone with access to the screen can see Invoices for all cost centres. We would like to configure this to restrict to only that persons Cost Centre. Cost Centre is already setup per users department and is coded to each Invoice. Is there a way to configure row level security, beyond the use of Sites or Permission sets, and if so how have other IFS users achieved this? Thanks!

Hi all, Have an issue with some parts that were added on the work task and sent to mWO (service engineer) aren’t showing the issue button. When I add the same part manually within mWO itself, the issue button shows. Any idea why? Android and Windows app show the same behaviour. Thanks

I have created some custom fields on the Project screen (using Apps 10 UPD17). I have added them to the Margin tab and all looks ok. However, when I go to the General tab the fields are also showing there and hiding some necessary fields, is there a way for them appearing there as well ?? Thanks
Hi all, we’ve realized that in IFS Cloud, a new procedure has been introduced: The effect of this call seems to be that all customer order supply chains easily can get deleted just by generating a new single tree….
