Hi all,

I am currently experimenting with different setups for register arrivals, one of our sites requires supplier manufactured dates. However when I include this I get the following warning:

“Manufacturer No and Manufacturer Part No is needed before entering a value for Manufactured Date”

Why do I need to add these? Am i missing something?

It would make sense to know which part was manufactured and by whom, BEFORE you register a date of manufacture. Just to make sure you’re registering it for the right part and manufacturer.

Adding on this thread, We are running into something similar with using Manufacturer’s Lot/Batch No, in Cloud but having the same issue.  What I don’t understand, when doing Register Arrivals in the IFS application, it is NOT required to have a Manufacturer or Manufacturer Part No set up to enter these values.  Why does WaDaCo add the extra validation which is not required inside IFS?

Thanks

Jon
