The process will be stuck in below process if shop order picking list is more than one line. The process failed to move to the 2nd picking line, below is the error screenshot. Hi, When reporting external cost manually on a Work Task with a Object, the external cost reported is visible for the Object ID in Equipment Object Navigator.But, if reporting external cost manually on a work task without a object , the objects are on Work Tasks steps, the external cost reported is not visible on any of the objects connected to the steps. How can i report a external cost on a Work Task with steps and get the external cost to be distributed on the differet objects connected the steps? Or can i in some way decide witch object that the cost relates to?Thanks in advance!

[IFS Cloud - 23R1 UPD 6] My Status:I have created the Azure Notification Hub. And the notifications are received to the Notification Hub.Which means the Notifications are sent from IFS Cloud successfully to the notification hub. i.e. Application parameters in IFS Cloud are correctly defined. The Notification Hub metrics shows that the requests have failed. Understandably this is due to not setting up the Google and Apple settings which requires keys from the development team.Thank you,Sanjaya

Hi, Employee, who have had several assignments in past, with our company - and has now new reemployment period ... and this is the view from Onboarding program assignments. Why program has assignments in to past? Might not related directly to onboarding, since employments start date is “valid” for previvors periods, even the valid to dates are in past. Onboarding responsibilities are correct, there is no duplicated lines.The onboarding template is connected to employee via “new employment”.What are we missing or is this a bug? I think just the first two rows should be visible. Appreciate your comments, thank you :)

It is possible to configure the application to identify the customer if the email address of the sender is a known address in the profile database or if the email contains a structured API where there are login credentials as part of the API. Hi All,I have encountered an issue where I do the “All Parts Cost Calculation” on a given site, but however for a certain set of manufactured parts (300/~15000) the cost buckets are not getting captured correctly. Example: Part X is Component of Y. Both are Manufactured.If I look at X individually it has 3 cost buckets (110, 200, 310).If I look at the tree of Y and Part X it has only (110). X should ideally have all 110, 200 & 310. Because of this the Values of X in 200 & 310 has not rolled up to the top part. For Cost Calculation & Part Cost Setting always Not Cost Roll up is used. There is a Qty of Assembly > 0 for X in Product Structure of Y and it is set up as a Consumed item. The issue also exists only in the Part Cost page whereas if I use the Calculation on the Cost Build Up Per Structure/Routing page, the values are fetched correctly. However this is a Major issues since it misrepresents the inventory valuation. I have used a script and run an “All Levels Part C
One of my customers need to transfer inventory part from one site to another (same company). And looking if it is possible to add freight costs to the Item cost when it is received at the new site.I tried to do the transfer via a shipping order but I do not see the order in “inbound shipment-->register arrival” window. Hi,We are using IFS10 update 15.Basic setup is so, that we have warehouse in different site than manufacturing is. Customer orders are entered to warehouse site and MS level 1 part is active in warehouse site. If there is a need to manufacture more to warehouse, system creates Distribution order to manufacturing site. Also purchase order and customer order between the sites are created automatically. In manufacturing site, they create Shop Order and then they do ’backwards pegging’. Sometimes, there is that situation that DO receipt date is two weeks ahead but production has possibility to produce earlier (SO need date is earlier than DO receipt date) → when they do ‘backward pegging’ correctly to SO, Why DO date is not changing ? If manufacturing is later than original DO receipt date, then DO date is updated correctly..

Hi Everyone,One of the customers is using staged billing when processing customer orders. They are facing the following issue when trying to Undo Customer Order Delivery. Test PlanCreate a CO with Sales Qty as 1 Stage billing in two stages Released the COOpen Staged Billing Profile then Approve and Create Invoice for Stage 1 Open the created invoice and Print. Here I have only invoiced qty 0.3 as first stage of Staged Billing is 30% Process the customer order till Picked. Go to Deliver Customer Order With Differences and deliver 0.7 qty (out of 1) Again, go to Deliver Customer Order With Differences and deliver the remaining 0.3 qtyNow the CO is fully Delivered. But only qty 0.3 has been invoiced. The remaining qty 0.7 is not invoiced.The requirement is to Undo Delivery 0.7 which is not yet invoiced. But the system does not allow to do this through Undo Customer Order Delivery due to the following error. Is there another way to accomplish this? Thanks in Advance!!
Hello I have a structure of all objects with serial control.I create a structure and place one of the repeating pieces in a different position.The "Manage Template Structure" is perfectly created by placingTP-02,R01 Position 2TP-02,R01 position 8The structure is activated.The problem occurs when transferring the structure; I get the following error:The template for TP-02,R01 exists more than once in the structure of TP-01,R01.If it is true that they are repeated, it is possible that there are two of them and they are in different positions.
Hi, I have created a workflow to call an action in a custom projection. The requirement is to invoke the workflow when Payment Advice report is generated. I have created an event action for the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event (with the REPORT_ID condition) and attached the above workflow to it. When the report is printed, it is not invoked. I have connected the workflow with a custom event (set to be executed on Customer Name change) and a projection action (Finish command in Order Report Assistant) for testing purposes, and in both scenarios, the workflow invoked without issues and the DB procedure executed. I also removed the condition I placed on PDF_REPORT_CREATED for REPORT_ID, but the workflow was still not working. I can’t think of a reason why the same workflow worked for a custom event but not for the application-defined PDF_REPORT_CREATED event, since all events ultimately should be registered as Oracle triggers.
