Hi,I would like to have more information for the DSE calculation with 2 adresses for Technicians. 1/ I assume that if we set 2 adresses for an Technician : StartShift and Endshift, the DSE will use these inputs in the calculation. Right ?Use case : Startshift adress : Office Endshift Address : Home 2/ If we set 2 different adresses : Could we have the data of the last travel in the DSE tables (Service Order > Endshift Adress) ?NB : If the Endshift Adress is far from the Startshift, the total travel can be very different and the selection of the technician also for the last service order of the day. I have been asked a question from a client and this may be for all you Fleet Management and HCM gurus! The customer wondered if we have the capabilities of getting GPS tracking functions and whether we have the facility or record drivers in the operation of their trucks.I know mWO has GPS functionality but has anyone ever encountered these requests outside of the use of mWO? There are devices that do both and can be integrated with other systems. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!
Hello,I’m not able to apply Workflow Configuration which I want to use to remove some actions and make others mandatory. I have added all sites and no filters but I am not able to apply any changes to MWO, I tried to disable/delete device on which I am testing it but still without no results. Is there something I’m missing to make it work and apply the changes made in workflow configuration?I am working with IFS MWO Service 10 app.

Hi,We are in middle of upgrading from Apps 9 (IFS Hosted) to Cloud 23R1 (IFS Hosted) and exploring migrating documents from database to FSS repository in IFS Cloud.While the transfer documents process is working as expected, we have few questions on how this will impact the next Upgrade iterations.Let’s assume, we create a FSS repository IFS_FSS_IT1 for Iteration 1 and migrate all documents from Database → IFS_FSS_IT1.For the next upgrade iteration can we create another FSS repository IFS_FSS_IT2 and migrate documents again and will this overwrite/affect files in IFS_FSS_IT1?The same question can be raised for creating separate storage repositories for each of the three Use Place instances - CFG, UAT & PRD, so they have separate FSS repositories?

Hi,After upgrading from 22r2 to 23r2.3 we got an issue with outbound customer invoicesApplication service update: 23.2.3Framework service update: 23.2.3IFS Cloud Web version: 23.2.3.20240131160230.0IFS OData provider version: 23.2.3.20240130110039.0In the menu “Customer Invoices with Errors” the “Send Error Messages” says:ORA-20105: Archive.KEYERR: Report with key does not exist.We tried to follow the instructions from this 3 year old topic and set the default Life time for report CUSTOMER_ORDER_IVC_REP to 1826 days, but it did not work. And if i try to “Process Invoice” manually it works.Has anybody had this problem before?

I have an example where I have a service contract with two service lines of type invoice plan. My Periodic invoicing is prior invoicing for the year. I.E. 7/1/2022 - 6/30/2023. My service line 1 has a valid from date from of 7/8/2022My Service Line 2 has a valid date from date of 7/15/2022 When I invoice these 2 lines for the first year IFS will prorate the invoice lines because they were not valid for the entire invoicing period. The IFS customer does not want these prorated and billed at full amount and the end date to be adjusted for a 1 year term based on the valid from date. So line 1 should generate for 7/8/2022 - 7/7/2023 and line 2 should generate for 7/15/2022 - 7/14/2023. Any ideas? I don’t think IFS will do this natively, wondering if anyone has some ideas?

We have the following requirement. Discussed with several experts and finally posting here since we didn’t come across a solution that covers this 100%. Maybe the experts in the following forum can direct me in the right direction. We release a Purchase Order to our caterer 12 months prior with a approved value. The total value of the services are not going to exceed this original amount. However the caterer provides services at an agreed rate and the total amounts for each month may vary significantly. We need to settle the monthly invoices then and there! The variance is such that a previously agreed supply schedule cannot be accomodated. Ideally the payments should be authorized when the supplier sends the invoices. We have explored the following possibilities We explored the blanked PO option. But probably a PO line with partial receipts might be the best option. Wanted to understand what the others maybe using for a similar requirement. Thanks! We are in IFS9 and hope to go to 23R
Hello, We are facing a huge issue, in our test and config environments, we cannot inspect workflows anymore, even if they only have a simple projection call in it. When inspecting, we just get the “loading” popup that never goes away. This is on 23R1 and so far, it seems like no one else has been experiencing this other than us. What could be causing this? We’ve refreshed the caches in hopes of resolving this issue but so far nothing has been working. Any and all insight would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Bryan
Is it possible to do calculations on screen, so if a user selects 5 from one drop down, and 5 from another drop down, the screen can apply a formula, for arguments sake, multiple one by the other, and put the result, “25” into another field?

Hi Community. we have only a few employees unable to clock onto shop order operations due to the error message below about being unable to get costs from the labour class.the operators are in the correct labour classes and are active shopfloor employees connected to the correct site.we have recently created new manufacturing labour classes and update the labour costs and the issue has only happened since then. Other employees are able to clock onto the operation without any problems.Any ideas what could be causing this for a certain few employees? regards Jamie

Hi,Has anyone implemented Segregation of Duties in the cloud.If so, are you willing to export the Functional Areas you have added so that others can import these?It seems crazy that there are none set up as default and that we all need to create these from scratch. There are obvious ones (like Supplier Payment Addresses) that we would all be interested in. Hi all,From where I can download the “IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker” app. I downloaded “IFS sustainability planner” from MS store. But, it is different from “IFS Cloud Emissions Tracker”. Further, I have seen another app called “IFS Cloud Sustainability Hub”. Is that also a different app? Is there anyone who knows how to use all these aps?
The customer is currently using IFSCloud version 23.2.1, and we've successfully configured the email sender. However, we now need to change the sender name (MAIL_SENDER1) to a different one. Could you please provide guidance on how to make this change? Please refer to the attached screenshot for assistance.
