Is there a new Tax template for Germany Tax (VAT) Reporting 2025?

Guidelines for VAT Tax Reporting in Germany have been published Dec.9th.

A date of change for Change from the small business regulation (Section 19 UStG) to standard taxation has been added in the VAT Report USt1A for 2025 .

The change does usually not effect IFS Customers, since they are not defined as small businesses.

The content and numbering of all other reporting field did not change, so no new template will be provided from IFS. The most actual template is S109.

For all Perfidia-User make sure to create a new Tax Template for 2025 and change the field version of the report (INFD3) on the Tax template field control basis/Details/ page to 202501and update perfidia before submitting a tax report for 2025.
