Hello IFS HCM Experts,

Here is the issue I am having with time cards.

 

Employee time is entered for a work order in the Time Registration screen on a week that has a holiday.

When you go to the Time Card screen everything is there as expected.

The trouble is when the employee books time on another day after the vacation time has been entered.

Then when you go to the Time Card screen.  The time reported after the vacation is missing and does not get transferred to payroll.

 

Has anyone ran into this issue before?  If so, how do you fix it?

Hi,

Work order time can’t generate presence automatically on a day where you have no scheduled time. Sunday is a day off - no scheduled time.

Yes, I believe that’s the only option.

All time outside of scheduled time must be entered separately by the employee. 

But in your screen shots it looks like you use “Job hour based” time reporting so in that case you report both wo time and extra attendance time in Time registration. 

If you have clocking based time reporting you need to add it in Time Card or use a clocking device

 

I also note that it looks a bit strange on the weekdays in your screen shot - how come you don’t have any normal time on scheduled days either?
